Description of Work: Sandblast American removed rust and "repainted" outdoor metal furniture set - four chairs and a 4 ft diameter table. I had read about this process called powder coating which is supposed to be much more thorough and long lasting than a standard sand and paint job. They had a large selection of colors to choose from.

Description of Work: They sandblasted, primed and powder coated a 5' x 8' utility trailer frame and wheels.

Description of Work: I have a Grisham Security Door and side lights on my home, which are approximately 30 years old. They were in need of refinishing. I called several different companies in the area that do this type of work (ASCO, Reliable Rails, among others). ASCO did not appear to be too interested and wanted more than $1000.00 to strip and powder coat the door and side lights. Reliable Rails price was even higher and some of the others didn't bother to even give an estimate. Sandblast America, on the other hand was very responsive and provided an estimate the same day I called from seeing a picture, gave instructions on the "soft" items that needed to be removed before bringing the items to them and estimated that it would take approximately 2 weeks to complete the job based on the amount of work they had on hand, which would be completed before my project. We delivered the items as instructed and was given an approximate completion date consistent with the telephone estimate I had received. My planned installer called and said he wanted to install the items approximately 10 days after I took them to Sandblast America, which was earlier than I had anticipated. I called Joe at Sandblast America and ask him if it would be possible to have the items ready by the installer-requested date and he said he thought they could accommodate. Though it was close, he called me back the day before I needed the items and said they were ready for pick up. The items had been stripped and powder coated to perfection. They also were packed in protective foam at the ends so they wouldn't scratch as we drove them home. I have an iron gate at the entrance to my home that I will take to be stripped and powdercoated in the near future since we have been so impressed with the work and consideration we received from this provider.
