Bad, so far, as they did not want to communicate with me at all after I sent estimate request within their website and via email.

Dan and his crew are amazing. He arrived and made me feel confident that he would take charge and get things done in a hurry. He immediately recognized an urgent situation and was exceptionally professional. He was very good in communicating with me, even in my state of near total panic as we watched the tree hanging over our house on the verge of collapse. The way the team systematically dismantled this tree, manipulating it with the crane over our house, relaying it to the waiting crew on the ground, and shredding the limbs was incredibly impressive and demonstrated great skill and, dare I say, bravery. Ross is THE COMPANY to call when you have a tree emergency.

The company was working next door removing a dead tree for a neighbor and I approached the leader to come and look at a tree that was leaning toward our house. He was helpful in suggestion that the the tree should be removed. After getting an estimate, I engaged them to do the job within several days. I was surprised to see that they decided to do our job the same day. They had a small area to drop the limbs and the trunk without damaging our deck and they succeeded with precision. Dan ground down the stump and took the time to clear out the roots that stuck out of the ground in the area. They also removed some old logs that I had laying around the yard at no extra charge. All in all it was a positive experience and I would recommend these guys to anyone that needs tree work done.

I checked with several people and got good reviews about them. They were professional, knew what they were doing and were prompt. Overall they did a good job. They weren?t the cheapest.

They were excellent- very responsive and professional . They cleaned up incredibly well. We've hired service providers in the past to do similar work, but these were the best. I would highly recommend them to others.

Company was able to perform job within a very short time of requesting appointment for removal. Tree and stump were removed. Flying debris from the stump and root removal broke a kitchen window. Company has been unresponsive to request for repair/resolution.
