Roger did a fantastic job! He's responsive, detail oriented, transparent, and reasonable regarding cost. Of all the tile companies I've hired in the past, Roger is the best. I will be going with him for any future tile projects!

Roger’s tile did a superb job on our home. We have a large kitchen area (650 sqft.) with commercial grade appliances. The sub floor had sagged and needed to be reinforced with a layer of Durrock. All the doors, entryways and appliances required adjustment to fit the heightened floor, and the island had to be tiled around because it could not be moved. The stove hardware hooking up the gas was not to code, and was replaced. Several companies did not want to take on the project, but Roger and his group of workers took on the task and did a wonderful job. Highly recommend their services. Trustworthy, hardworking and stayed on schedule. Project spanned over a three-week timeframe. Pricing and payment plan was reasonable and fair.

I have left 2 requests for quote through Angi and one voicemail to have Roger's Tile come to my property to quote a job that includes both Kitchen and bathroom tile replacement. This is probably a $5k-$7k job and they can't be bothered to respond to the request. I would've understand if they said they were too busy - but no response?! Not acceptable. Anyone reviewing this review, I would recommend looking elsewhere

On time and on budget. Excellent communication all done to our specifications. Could not be happier with the quality of the workmanship and attention to detail.

he called, saying they do it all. sounded good. we made an appointment for friday 5:00. no show. no call. finally, i texted him to find out if he was just late. no response. until the next thursday. i understand things happen but this was just not acceptable.

Roger did an amazing job in our guest bathroom. His team provided excellent design advice and did a beautiful job performing detailed tile work. In addition he added lighting and repainted the room and hallway trim. This job was complicated because I called on Roger to rescue a poor quality remodel performed by another company. He provided me an estimate the next day after my call and was able to start the following week. Roger was very adaptable to changes and really took the extra step to make sure my family was happy with the work. Excellent communication every step of the way. My only regret is I didn't call Roger the first time! I highly recommend Roger and will not hesitate to call him for future projects.

Roger and his crew really went above and beyond. Our guest shower had a leak that was caused by worn-away grout and cracked tiles; we decided to redo the shower entirely so we could fix any damaged wall behind it. Roger was the third person we contacted, and he answered our questions promptly (the only one to get back to us right away), and gave us the best estimate. While he was looking at our shower, we pointed out how it had leaked down into our laundry closet on the first floor, through a hole a previous contractor had left in the ceiling in there. Roger offered to fix the hole, and retile the floor in there since it was so old and the vinyl sheeting was peeling away - you could look at the floor and see the basement. He even let us use some extra tile he had from a previous project since it was such a small area. Roger was very flexible with the Covid-19 pandemic; he allowed us to temporarily cancel when the stay-at-home order first happened, but we realized we would need that shower back and it was currently unusable. He rescheduled us easily, and he and his crew did their best to maintain 6 ft from us and wear masks in our house. The work was done in 2 days and looks great. He's a friendly guy and will go above and beyond to make sure you're happy with his work.

I am just going to echo so many of the reviews on here about how great Roger and his guys are. They gave a very competitive quote on the rate but it is the extra steps that they take to make sure everything is done correctly and that the client is happy that is going to make me call Roger first for every job I have going forward. We had a very large flooring job that would have been very easy to do wrong and Roger did everything right. He communicates well, keeps you informed about timeframes and sets proper expectations.

Roger and his team were great. This bathroom is on the 4th floor and they were very neat as they moved through my townhome. The work was meticulous and they were easy to work with. We had a scheduled delay on the granite top but that was unavoidable. They were diligent in completing the punchlist. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and would use them again.

He did an excellent job and you can't even tell any work was done. He also diagnosed the problem correctly.

Roger was quick to respond, and quick to come give me an estimate. He helped me complete my DIY BACKSPLASH project in no time, and was very helpful and nice. I would definitely hire him again!

This is the second time I hired Roger and his team to complete a bathroom remodel, and I would hire them again. They did quality work, were reliable, communicated well, and made sure I was happy with the project. My bathroom looks like a spa!

Roger and his crew did a great job. This job was urgently needed because a dishwasher leak ruined part of the kitchen floor. Demolition and tile work is always a messy job, but they did a great job of keeping the mess out of the house. All the dusty, messy cutting and mixing was done outside. My kitchen floor has lots of odd nooks and is neither level nor square. Despite this, Roger laid it out so it looks like the floor was perfectly constructed. Very attentive to the details of color selection. Always made sure we reviewed and approved materials that would show. Some difficult transitions between different zones of the floor, but he made them look great. Top notch. I will have him back to work on my bathrooms when I am ready to tackle that job.

Roger and his team did such a high quality job re-tiling our master bathroom shower at a reasonable price that we immediately hired him back to do our guest bathroom shower and floor as well! Roger was friendly and fantastic to work with, clearly communicated each step of the process, and did a masterful job of accommodating our changing schedule. His son Roger Jr. is a true professional and impressed us with his dedication to his work and attention to detail. Mario is a highly gifted artist, creative, and crafted stunning tile work. We are very particular about cleanliness and detail, and the entire team impressed us with their respect for our home. Even though these projects may not have been his biggest jobs, Roger made us feel like we were his only client and that he was most invested in our project. A+++ team! We look forward hiring Roger again!

Wow! What a great job Roger and his team did. Removed all old tile (and replaced with high quality tile that I love) in entryway and powder room. Great quality, fair prices, great customer service. He was able to give me very smooth nearly seamless transitions of flooring types from room to room (tile to carpeting). Plus, they redid all the specialty bottom trim to help keep consistent throughout house. His team also fixed the walls in the powder room that previously had wallpaper removal signs (nicks, etc.), painted and removed/reinstalled toilet/vanity. What a fantastic job! I was so lucky to find my "forever" flooring company! He knows a lot of other people for other services too which is great!!

My shower was started by a prior contractor who did a sloppy job of mudding the shower area, put up a not level new wall and an uneven shower floor. But Rogers small team fixed the shower's prep work, they did a nothing shy of a gorgeous tile job and somehow gave me a perfectly level wall for my new glass door. I am not only perfectly satisfied, I'm still baffled at how they could fix it all with very little to no sign of the prior works sloppiness. The team is currently only 3 people, and that's perfect because I really don't want a swarm of people in my house. They cleaned up after themselves and were at all times 100% professional. I had bought large tiles that could not work in the small area and Roger helped me pick a tile at one of our local stores and was always aware of my budget. Since the original contractor put my small shampoo shower box off center my idea would not have worked but Roger had a great design idea that was something I never thought of. They were fast, considerate and did a great quality job. I'll add pictures as soon as Google Cloud stops giving me problems.

Another excellent job by Roger's Tile. This is the third major job we've had done by Roger. In our basement we had an old textured ceiling removed, new lighting installed, new drywall, paint, and a new tile flooring installed. Again he went above and beyond in customer service. Extra details like adding trim to our windows and finishing already existing trim, that was needed but not part of the original bid. We are so pleased with the final room, but the whole process really deserves kudos. They always showed up on-time & when promised, took care to keep our house as clean as possible even though all the work makes for lots of dust and dirt, and listened to us about every little detail. Always a pleasure to work with competent, caring, trust-worthy and excellent people.

We only had 1 week to complete...Roger the owner cam back..was 1 day back from vacation. He gave us a price and was done in 1 day and half....Cant say enough about how much we appreciate him

We love these guys!! This is the second project we had Roger & his team do for us and we have a third starting soon. We initially hired them in 2013 and knew that this is who we would always call for work on our house. These guys are great. We met with Roger and talked about what we needed done. This time we needed an entire master bathroom redone and flooring, drywall and painting in the master bedroom. He met with us several times, on our schedule - to work out the design, to help us choose tile, to help us choose granite & cabinets. We were very pleased with how the whole project went. Roger is very personable and took lots of time to talk with us through out. We fully trust him & his guys and left them to come and go & work in our house as they needed, while we were gone to our jobs. They were clean & tidy, worked efficiently and did a beautiful job. We now have a full walk in shower with gorgeous tile & glass, new vanity, new everything! Roger went above & beyond again on this project with extras like adding in a granite sill on the window in the shower (no extra charge), painting more than just the bedroom because of the layout and spending extra time to make sure it all looked just right. Definitely a company you can trust. Trust that they will do a great job, that you will be charged very fairly and trust that they will protect your home and everything in it.

My new bathroom looks great! The job was done at a competitive rate and within the timeframe promised. The crew was professional and attentive. Roger personally checked in daily to make sure everything was meeting my expectations. The workmanship and attention to detail was very good. The tile installers ensured the work was done correctly. The tile pattern was measured out before the install began, the shower drain and light fixtures were re-centered, and minor details were considered. The drywall work and paint were well done. Without hesitation, I'll have Roger's Tile do my second bathroom when I'm ready for the job.

Job required the contractor to make 3 visits to my home. He communicated well and came when he said he would. Crew worked expeditiously and cleaned up after. Tile looks great. Also replaced water hose from valve to the toilet tank.

Roger did a great job replacing the tile in our shower. He was on time and very responsive. We would hire him again.
