I called Roger on a Friday and he promptly called back and we set up a time on Saturday for him to look at the bathroom. I showed him the bathroom and told him about the leak we had. He looked around and gave me a very reasonable estimate. We talked about the leak and he was very honest and explained that he would get a better feel for the damage after he started tearing apart the bathroom. At that time we had already discussed replacing some of the drywall. When he started to tear the drywall and flooring he noticed that the sub floor needed repairing. He promptly called to let me know telling me how much more that would cost. I knew the sub floor needed replacing and I was thankful that he wasn't willing to place new tile over a bad floor. He likes to do a good job and it shows because he even fixed the ceiling below the bathroom that was damaged from the leaks. Roger and his crew were in my house for a couple of weeks and they were very professional. They made friends with my son and my dog. They always let my son or me know when to expect them and they were always on time. The bath looks awesome and it came at a price so much more reasonable then I had been given months earlier. I highly recommend Roger's Tile for any bathroom remodel.

Roger arrived with a crew of 2 and immediately began work. They were professional and performed their services extremely well. The existing tile looks new and the expansion around the fireplace adds to the look of the room and really dresses it up. Roger even went with me to the tile store to pick out tile for the expansion and went above and beyond in traveling to a second store just to get the tile I wanted. His prices are reasonable and you will not sorry you hire him. I would use Roger again for any tile needs. I would highly recommend Roger and his crew to anyone seeking personal and professional servic.

He did an amazing job, and I would highly recommend him to others. They were always on time, I trusted them in my house. He took the time to consult me every step of the way, and was very attentive in addition. His price was also very reasonable.

After having dealt with many contractors during a huge renovation project, I can honestly say that Roger's Tile was one of the best. His crew is professional and truly cares for your home and the work they do. Their tile work and ability to customize for challenging situations found in older houses is remarkable.

Contacted Roger for estimate, he called back right away, came by for estimate the next day. I had estimates already for the work but after talking with Roger decided to go with him. He suggested "pencil tile" to edge the backsplash (minimal cost) to give a professional look. His estimate and cost were within the other estimates but I knew he would give me a more professional look. In addition the other estimates would have required me picking up the mastic for the backsplash and paint for the walls. Roger and his workers arrived on time and when greeted by the two dogs (one is an Irish Wolfhound) although surprised they were very at ease. The tile work is beautiful and the use of Pencil Tile really sets it off. Also when we talked about the color of the paint he suggested using a darker on the bottom and like his other suggestions it looks great. Roger and his workers have worked to get the job finished before Thanksgiving with much appreciation from me, as I had been without a kitchen for two weeks for the other renovations. Roger is a caring individual and worked around all the requests I had. Will use him again with the next job.

Roger was one of several contractors I spoke with regarding the remodeling of my master shower in order to further the sale of my home. Roger was very understanding of the limit of what I wanted done and was expedient with a proposal. I selected Roger mainly due to the fact that I felt I could trust him exclusively and that was born out as I had to leave him and his crew alone on a couple of occasions. The work was exactly what I wanted and it was done fairly quickly and the finished product was beautiful craftsmanship. Roger was the epitome of a professional and we had many conversations about a variety of topics and now I consider him a friend (as a side note he offered me the use of one of his trucks if I needed it to dispose of some junk) and will contact him again if I need his services. I will also recommend him to anyone that is looking for a tile or painting professional.

We are so happy we hired Roger for our bathroom tile job. When I initially called he answered right away and then called me back to set up a time to come look at the space and give me an estimate. He arrived on time and gave us an estimate to install our already chosen floor tile and wall tile, over the cement board that we had installed DIY, suggested we rethink our wall tile choice and spent a fair amount of time discussing the job. We were able to set up a start date just a couple weeks later. I did decide to change our wall tile choice so went to a tile shop that Roger suggested and spent some time picking something new. He was very available in the sense that while I was at the tile shop I called him several times to hammer out a couple of in-stock-can-we-postpone issues. Eventually I found a tile I liked and in-stock and called Roger to let him know. He placed the order with the shop and picked up the tile and grout choice for us and told us they could start right away. His guys, Marco and Mario were willing to work over a weekend so they arrived, on time, Saturday morning and got started. The three of them spent an hour plus discussing the best way to make the tile look and lay right with the challenges in our space ? window in the wall, odd shaped tub, not-quite-lined-up cement board to tub edge ? then got started once we had all agreed on the layout. Over the next couple days they had the shower wall tile up, floor tile down, grout in place and then tile and grout sealed. They were very tidy keeping the hallway and walkways covered and kept things cleaned up. Marco's work is beautiful and we are so pleased with how the job went. Roger is very personable and spent lots of time with us through the project. He even went the extra mile and gave to us and then installed transition pieces not only from the hallway into the new tiled bathroom floor, but also across the hallway into another room. I would highly recommend Roger's Tile for ANY project!!

Roger's team was punctual, professional, and skilled. They stayed on budget and schedule, choosing to work most Saturdays, and rose to every challenge we posed. They moved a wall; framed a niche and waterproofed a mirror in the shower; installed larger pipes under the floor and re-plumbed for jets; reframed the tub (the only fixture we kept); moved the lights and switches, and intricately tiled the entire room in different types and sizes of marble, most every piece requiring a cut. The room is amazing and I can't wait to share pictures!

Following a last minute cancellation from a contractor I had hired to do tile installation, I frantically searched Angie?s List for another contractor who specialized in tile work. I found Roger of ?Roger?s Tile? and called him. He was so professional and courteous over the phone and made arrangements to come to my home that same day. He sized up the job and gave me a quote (which was very reasonable) and he and his partner arrived the next morning to begin working. I had all the materials ready to go so they were able to complete the task in 2-1/2 days and did a superb job. Additionally, they installed the shower doors upon delivery. My shower is absolutely beautiful and I couldn?t be happier with the quality of their work. I would recommend them to anyone looking for tile work as they are true professionals in every sense of the word. Additionally, they are skilled in other areas, such as painting, carpentry, bath renovations, etc. as Roger explained to me and as I confirmed by reading the other Angie?s List reviews on this company. I will definitely contact Roger for my future home improvement needs. I now realize it was a blessing in disguise that the original contractor I had hired fell through because I ended up finding my ?go-to? contractor for all the projects I intend to tackle in the days ahead.

The entire project went extremely smooth and on budget. Roger was honest, fair, and did an excellent job communicating and delivering quality craftsmanship!

We initially contacted Roger in regards to replacing our bathroom tile in a small bathroom. We had contacted a few other companies and none would do such a small job and if they did, we would be responsible for removing the toilet and vanity. Roger came out to us the day we called and not only gave us a good deal on the work itself, he even went with my wife to pick out the tile & paint. We were so impressed immediately with Roger that we asked if could do drywall, interior painting, regrout a bathroom and even powerwash the house and deck. We agreed on a contract the same day and Roger's crew began work the next day and finished everything within 4 days. in addition, I work from home and the workers not only did excellent work but were also respectful and conscientious of that fact. I never knew they were working most of the time. We were so pleased the work and professionalism of Roger and his crew that we have entered into an additional contract for more work. We felt very lucky to have found Roger on Angie's List.

I had already selected tile before I contacted Roger. He was able to come give me an estimate the same day I called him. He not only replaced the floor, but also put new baseboards in for me, installed a new sink and vanity as well as a new toilet. What made this task a challenge was needing to keep some of the hardwood intact because of the layout of the rooms. You cannot tell where there was damage to the hardwood. All this was done in 2 visits. Roger is very knowledgeable and professional. He is going to do work for me in another bathroom. I would highly recommend him.

Excellent- exceeded my expectations.

From the moment that I first called Roger till the end, he returned calls quickly, kept me updated and stayed within budget (when the issue arose with the bathtub, that did add a little, but he was up front) He is very detail oriented throughout to make sure that things were exactly right and how I wanted them. He communicated with me regarding what was going to be done and when. The whole job was complete within a week.

Roger is very professional. He answered phone and returned any missed calls immediately. He and his crew arrived on time. They did an excellent job on the tile. It looks great. They also completely cleaned up each day. The site doesn't show that he is licensed and insured, but he is.

He charged $700 for the tile and $300 for the crown molding. They are true craftsmen and their craftsmanship was incredible. They were fast and knew what they were doing. The tile work was just beautiful. They were very professional and they cleaned up. Both jobs took only a total of 6 hours over 2 days. They were efficient and knowledgeable about what they were doing.
