We found Roger to be highly responsive and professional with an exemplary pride in his workmanship. He was highly communicative at every stage in the process and debriefed end of day about that day's progress in detail. Roger took measures to ensure high quality workmanship like adding addtl blocking to better support new shower door and replacing the wall corner bead for improved wall appearance. We added to Roger's work list after seeing his work quality and will definitely use his team again!

Mr. Lopez and his crew were excellent. The tile work was absolutely great. His team was meticious and thorough. My wife and I were very impressive that we hired him for additional work. We plan on using him in the future.

Every day, Roger communicated thoroughly and explained every step of the process. He used his network wisely to find me excellent discounts on great products. He accompanied me to Home Depot more than a few times to make sure that I bought the right item when I was debating different products. He accompanied me to each vendor with which he had an established reputation. He guided me by telling me pros and cons of each product, but never pressured me to purchase one product over the next. 
He was charming, courteous, and friendly, as was his crew. A crew that is particular about detail, Roger's team was very patient with my very finicky attention to detail and symmetry. This patience established a strong sense of trust -- important to me as he had access to my home while I was at work.
I would certainly recommend Roger and use his talents again. I have already referred him to my mother -- that's how much I trust him and believe in his crew.

This job was a very large undertaking and took about a month. Part of the time our AC unit was broken and Roger's team still showed up for work without a complaint. 
This is the second bathroom they have done for us and the largest. 
The price I list above is including all materials that I purchased in addition to the contracted labor/materials (excluding the granite vanity top and shower doors). Most of the materials purchased were done with Roger's help as we made many visits to cabinet companies, tile companies and faucet companies together. I received most of Roger's contractor discount from these places and some told me that most contractors aren't that generous!
Roger and his crew(Walter and Mario) were very professional and as I stated before, I did not feel uncomfortable leaving them in my home working while I ran errands. 
Roger was very responsive, even on weekends, while we planned for the next weeks agenda. He would usually get back to my texts within minutes! 
Even though his crew had some language barrier, we had no trouble communicating. They were highly responsive to requests and were careful to cover hallways, stairs, furniture, etc. to minimize dust and debris.
The job was extensive and started with a major gutting of the entire bathroom. (dated early 90's and we were ready for a change).
My husband was concerned with the squeaking floor, so his crew took extra care to repair the existing subfloor and lay durock over this to stablize. The durock, which Roger paid for was both expensive and heavy...needless to say there aren't any more floor squeaks!
The crew cut custom porcelain tile for the floor, bath and shower. They built a beautiful niche and seat with a tiled floor to the shower. Halfway into the job, we informed Roger that we had decided to remove the old fiberglass tub and install an acrylic one. He did not blink and he and his crew took an extra day to remove, shop for, build a custom framework for and install the new tub. 
The cabinets were also custom cut to fit into my space and we used standard sizes to do this to save money. (added in spacers)
Mario is a plumbing expert and handled the hook ups for vanity sinks, toilet, tub and shower. There was never a time when I had to worry about this not being done right as he obviously knew what he was doing and it all worked very well. 
The walls were repaired and again Roger was flexible in waiting for my husband to do the extra electrical outlets we wanted and repairing the walls afterward. The drywall work was done beautifully and I am unable to tell where the repairs are now. Walter took a day(bath had vaulted ceilings) to paint two coats of Roger's provided SW paint and did a beautiful job with that. 
I am condensing all that was done to fit a short summarization but it was a BIG job and this company stuck with it to the end! I think this company should be considered more than a tiling company; more of a bathroom remodeling company.
I am extremely happy with the bathroom and so glad I used this company again. They do quality work for a reasonable price and I would highly recommend.

This is the second time working with Roger and the same crew of two.  Once again, Roger and his guys proved to be the right choice.  They performed flawlessly, installing everything just right.  For example, we noticed that the ceramic tile we choose had a few tiles in each box that did not look as good or realistically like wood.  We asked that they separate those out and install them under the washer dryer or inside the closer where it would not matter, and only use the best looking tiles for the visible floor.  Done!  As described above, they problem-solved on the re-installation of the washer and dryer, and those look better than ever.  The Container Store kit is installed and solid as a rock. The paint job they did was super.  It may be called Roger's Tile, but as you can see, they can do much more when needed.  The skills of the whole crew and their work ethics are second to none.  Plus you can't find nicer people to work with.  Roger has approached both jobs with us in an extremely thoughtful way, and he embraces creative problem solving as part of the job.  In both cases, he also has gone out of his way to pick up tile samples to show us options.  Last time, we picked the tile he showed us; this time, we picked our own.  But we appreciate how he goes the extra mile to try to do the very best job.  Highly recommended!

Excellent.  As others have said Roger is very very attentive to everything that is happening on the job.  Preparing for the job is a high priority laying down as many drop clothes as necessary from the entrance to the bathroom.  Very knowledgeable.  He came over and we chatted about what I wanted done and he suggested some great ideas.  His crew came over on the day and time we had set up and they ripped everything out and replaced the boarding.   He gave us the name of the tile store and we picked out the tile and let him know.  He ordered the amount needed, picked it up and brought it to the house.  We decided on a pattern that was different, a basket weave.  His tile person nailed it.  Absolutely beautiful job.  So happy.  We bought new shower head and faucet set and they set those in.  I picked out paint from Rogers color wheel and he picked it up and painted the entire room.   He had one of his guys go up in the attic and replace the old exhaust fan with one he picked out for us.  Roger noticed we had previously had a shower door because it head left some marks on the tub we were unable to remove.  He suggested we get the tub refinished.  He set that up and in one day we had a bright new shiny tub.  I am soo happy with everything he did.  I love this room.  I am having him come back and paint the rest of the house!  Wish I had found  him sooner!

Roger's Tile did an amazing job. Roger himself was very attentive to the work and his crew was punctual and hard-working from the time they arrived until they were finished. Each day, they left the area cleaner that they found it. It was a very large and complex job, but they handled every detail with care and precision. They treated our house like it was their own home.
The overall price was very good, thousands less than I expected it was going to cost going into the project. We can't recommend Roger highly enough.

The owner and his employees worked with us extensively to translate our ideas into a design. His patience and advice were outstanding. We had a difficult time finding the right tile but he hung in there with us. After the travertine tile was delivered, we found it was too inconsistent in color among boxes. After all it is natural stone. We had to order more tile in order to get the consistency we desired. Throughout this process, the owner helped us alot. The job from start to finish was done superbly. The work was done with meticulous attention to detail and craftsmanship. The owner checked-up on the work everyday and made a point to get our input during each visit. Minor design changes were professionally and expertly handled by the owner and his employees. Rogers Tile has been the best experience we have ever had in over 30 years.

My bathroom work was of excellent quality and of great value. Roger and his team were professional, courteous, and detail oriented. Additionally, Roger and his team were punctual from beginning to end, and Roger kept me informed throughout the entire process. Bottom line: Roger's tile strives for excellence and they deliver. I'll definitely use Roger's Tile for future work.

Roger and his crew did an excellent job tiling our master bathroom which included the floor, shower, tub surround, and subway tile on the walls around the room. They also did some drywall and subfloor repair and built a couple of knee walls around the shower. They were meticulous and were careful to clean up after each day of work. Roger was always available and accommodated all of our requests. I did all of the demo and purchased the materials myself to lower the cost and it worked out well. Roger was a pleasure to work with and I will recommend him to friends

Roger is absolutely amazing!!!! price, professionalism, work ethic all A++++++++. Roger was the utmost professional and excellent person to work with on our bathroom. His price was excellent and much better than the other estimates we received. He provided an accurate up front estimate and worked with us at every stage of the process to ensure we had exactly what we wanted. Unlike most contractors that under estimate the project time and thus rush the job to get done , Roger was completely accurate his projected time frame and even finished a day early! Roger frequently called me throughout the process to ensure we were always happy and to ensure that we knew what he was installing, how we wanted certain things,etc. He even called me one day to tell me I left my TV on in the living room! Such a nice guy, pleasure to work with and an absolute bargain for the work him and his crew performed!!!! I am not going anywhere else in the future for my tiling/bathroom remodel needs. Go with this guy, you will be so happy that you did!!!!!!

Roger and his workers did and excellent job refinishing our second floor bathroom.  He did not haggle over small details nor nit pick on the price.  He would see extra items that needed to be done and just did them but did not add onto the price as he just wanted it to be perfect.  His crew's work is excellent and they cleaned up every day when they were done.  Always showed up on time and Roger is a great communicator letting us know the steps and progress daily.
I highly recommend Roger's Tile for anyone who want excellent tile work done plus any remodeling that goes along with that.

Roger and his crew did an excellent job painting our basement bathroom.  It was a very dark color and required a primer coat and two regular coats to cover adequately.  I've had painters in the past try to get away with a primer coat and a single coat and have had to get them to do a second coat for proper coverage as there would be obvious see-through problems.  Not these guys.  Just as they did it right the first time with the complicated tile work, they did everything right with the painting.  A crisp, neat, excellent job all around.  Highly recommended!

All I can say is:  Wow.  The reviews on Roger (and his crew) are for real.  I've worked with good craftsmen and service providers. Roger goes above and beyond them all.  First and foremost, the end-quality was superb, with expert tiling and quality painting.  But it didn't start or end there.  From the beginning, Roger's attitude was more like he was doing this for his own property.  He took a very thoughtful, careful approach to the entire job and every detail, down to coming back first thing this morning to paint some grout to match the wall color that we had not even noticed.  
In the master bath, we decided to finally finish a job we had partially done.  We had left the wall tile around the stall shower and the bathtub the same as before -- standard old white tile -- while we had retiled the floor.  Never really looked right.  Roger not only came in as the best of two estimates, but he took samples of our floor tile and went to a couple of tile dealers to find compatible wall tile for the job (the original floor tile was no longer available).  He found an excellent, tasteful tile and we went with it.  We liked that tile so much, we even used it in our basement bath floor.  
The job went very smoothly and Roger communicated with us daily.  The demolition was handled very well and his crew cleaned up every day, which we really appreciated.  It was a bit tricky in the master bath to figure out how to orient the tile but he made very tasteful recommendations which we're happy with.  We also had him figure out the best way to put in a large inset wall niche with two solid glass shelves in the master shower, and which included a decorative, contrasting tile.  It was all perfectly proportioned. 
Finally, Roger is a true gentleman and very trustworthy.  We ended up providing him with a key to go in and out and never worried about a thing.  Can't recommend him enough.  You won't go wrong with Rogers Tile and I've already asked him to estimate another job.

Roger and his crew are simply outstanding.  They were on time, on budget and the work was great.  They took their time and although this was a small job they treated it like it was just as important as larger jobs.  Their attention to detail was truly appreciated.  Definitely my first call in the future.

Roger and his group are absolutely wonderful and professional.  His cost of service was much less than I was quoted by 2 other companies and his quality of work was beyond compare.  He and his workers were professionals, trying to minimize any disruption to the household and cleaned up everything after themselves.  Since we were selling the house and had a very tight timeline inbetween open houses, Roger was able to manuever his schedule to get the job done in a small period of time.  We were so thankful for everything he did and we look to him for any job that we need done with the bathroom.
There is truly no need to shop around if you need your bathroom redone.  He is by far the best out there and we are so glad that we found him.  We can't wait to use him for future projects.

We needed to remodel our master bathroom, a normal sized 5 x 8 with walk-in shower.  We were basically replacing everything but not modifying plumbing/layout to simplify the process.  Our initial estimate was from a well known large company who specializes in bathroom remodeling, but I felt the sky high estimate factored in too much material markup and company overhead/profit.  I wanted to hire the labor directly, I'd rather pay someone who knows tile work rather then them getting a sliver of the price paid to their employer.  Roger's flat rate project estimate gave a good price for the labor, allowing his customers to pick/order their own materials.  He even met us at the tile shop he does business with to help us select materials that would work best and getting us his contractor price.  We were able to have him start work about a month after the estimate, it was comforting to know he was good enough to have a short line of people waiting for him instead of him being ready to start the next day.

Roger has one crew of two guys who worked under him, but he was at the house most of the time doing some of the work himself.  The crew had limited English skills, but we felt comfortable enough with the workers to leave the house a few times during the project without concern.  They took effort to not mess up the house and were courteous.  The only hiccup was that the vanity and top I ordered was delayed several times, so it did not come in for over a month leaving the tile done without a vanity to install.  Roger was very accommodating, he had me hold money back to make sure it got done by him after the materials finally arrived.  It was a pain for any contractor since they need to move on and not bring resources back to a site that should already be done. I did have to arrange for someone else to install a new shower door, Roger did not perform this service (which I was surprised to find other contractors that defer on the shower door as well).

In summary, my experience was great because I was able to contract out for skilled labor at a good price for our basic remodel. I think a lot of people would prefer to hire skilled workers direct, but due to fear of issues go with a larger company that may coset them more.  Roger is easy going and seems genuinely concerned about you being happy with the work he and his guys provide.  I have recommended him already to co-workers and friends

Great job by Roger and his crew. Demo involved going down to subfloor and installing plywood and Durock, plus some rebuilding of shower seat area. Nice tile work, with mosaic shower floor, contrast work on shower wall, and fitting around existing Jacuzzi tub. Clean and professional workmanship.

The WOW factors were: Design Recommendations; Personal shopping assistance; Ability to address limiting factors with ease, expanding the space. 

 The finished tile bath is both beautiful and functional, all at reasonable cost. Roger and his crew were highly professional, punctual and experienced, always there when they were scheduled. We were comfortable leaving them in our home unsupervised.

We could not be happier with our new bathroom. The tile work including the decorative border and niche is just perfect. The expanded shelves are likewise great. We're also happy we decided to wait for Roger to begin construction, as it was well worth the wait.

Roger and his crew are professional, nice, and efficient.  Roger was provided outstanding customer service through the whole experience.  He was very flexible when I switched up and needed him and his crew to do more work (since I hurt my back) that I originally estimated.  When I was not able to find a place that could provide a specific size for the opening that our vanity needed to fit, he signed his company up to acquire a vanity IN MY PRICE RANGE, from a distributor!  It was just an outstanding experience and I already have plans to use him and his folks again in the future.
We had a vague idea of the color/type of tile, and Roger met us at the hardware store to come up with a scheme... he let us select the grout color, and it all looks great.  His crew put down plastic over our bedroom furniture for the dusk from the construction and they cleaned up every day after themselves.  Roger let me know when they would show up, and if something changed, and they were very efficient.

We had a bathroom remodel done last year by another company that went very bad and we were left with tiles separating from the wall, cracks in the grout which allowed water to seep through, leaks into the basement and onto bathroom wood floors, floor grout wearing away down to the mosaic mesh, and just an overall unprofessional mess.  Enough said about that nightmare. 

We were very apprehensive about hiring another contractor to rip out and fix all the work, and spoke to a number of tile contractors before settling on Roger.  We are sooo glad we chose him.  Not only is he personable, extremely responsive, fair, and truly cares about the work and your satisfaction, but he and his crew took great care with every detail, making sure the shower is not just beautiful, but also waterproof and durable.  The shower they were redoing had handmade tiles, granite ledge and landing, and already hung frameless glass door and half wall, so it was not a cookie cutter job. They carefully removed the granite and glass, ripped out the entire shower down to the studs, then rehung the walls, painted with waterproofing, rebuilt the shower basin..the works, before re-tiling.  They also measured carefully to make sure that the granite and glass would fit back in so these items didn't need to be trashed and replaced.

After a year of h***, we are now finally enjoying our new shower.  Thanks soo much Roger and crew!!

From the first time we met with Roger he was professional, attentive and very easy to work with.  The majority of the job was completed in one week.  The only part of the job that was not completed in that time was the installation of the granite counter-top and the installation of a custom ordered shower glass door.  Those two items could not be ordered until most of Roger's work was complete.  Roger and his team would arrive promptly every morning.  They were very respectful of our house and at the end of each day they would clean up as if they had never been in the house.  Roger was very concerned about pleasing us and would check with us often during the project to make sure we were happy with the job he was doing.
We plan on renovating our large master bathroom in the near future and we fully intend on hiring Roger for that project.
