Roger was very easy to work with and responsible. He was responsive and knowledgeable. The project was completed in a timely way. I love the result!

He made sure every detail was done correctly. When we opened the vanity and realized that only one handle was in the box he even went back and got us a new one.

His team proved to have the experience and workmanship we had hoped for, and careful to minimize waste; so they provided value for the price. The work was also completed within a reasonable timeframe, . As a plus, Roger transported the tiles for us , made the right flooring transitions, and helped us with problem areas.

Roger did a fantastic job. He and his crew came on time. They did a great job. The place was left very clean and looked perfect. We will be using Roger again for other tile jobs

Roger's Tile did excellent work. They were always on time, communicated progress every day, and always cleaned up at the end of the day. They were done ahead of schedule and they went the extra mile in many ways. Roger had to chase down the correct valve for the new shower handle and he took care of a number of other details that made the job just perfect. We have plans for a bigger renovation project in the future and we will call Roger's Tile first.

We were very fortunate to meet the owner Roger while looking for bathroom tile. My wife struck up a conversation with him and found out he was with clients who were also selecting tile for a job. We were very impressed with Roger and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. Once we received the estimate we immediately signed a contract for a complete master bathroom remodeling. The experience in dealing with Roger and his team was exceptional from start to finish. In addition to the bathroom remodeling, he also painted the bathroom as well as our master bedroom. His entire onsite team were very friendly and professional. We definitely will use Roger again when we remodel our guest bath.

All work was done professionally using the materials that I provided.

As always, Roger's work is outstanding. The work was completed quickly with very little disruption.

Roger came out for a free estimate and explained his vision for the project in detail. He was very knowledgeable and personable. The job took about 2 days to complete and Roger and his team were punctual. They did an excellent job and we are extremely happy with how our tile looks! It was a pleasure working with Roger and we look forward to working with him again on future projects.

Roger came to my home and was extremely helpful explaining to me exactly what he was proposing to do so that my bathroom tub and wall could be replaced with a stand up shower. Roger had some great ideas to expand the existing footprint and provide more space in the bathroom. I live in another state so Roger facetimed me so he could show me remotely the work and updates. He provided a very detailed proposal and the price was the most competitive offer of the bids I received. I did not use him for this specific scope of work due to my limited time window I needed work completed but I do plan on using him for additional bathroom remodeling I am planning on in the future.

We are in love with our two new bathrooms! Roger and his team transformed both spaces in mere days, and we could not be more thrilled with the stunning results. Roger thinks of every last detail; as a result, the rooms have remarkable polish and shine. Just beautiful work. And we very much enjoyed having Roger and crew in our home. They are professional, talented, efficient...and lovely company on top of it all! Many thanks for turning two small, underwhelming bathrooms into showpieces!

Roger came out to the house and we discussed the project. He said he would write up an estimate any email it to me within a few days. I followed up via the messaging system in Angie's List about a week later and no response. Still no response. Not very professional. Would not hire them for this or any other job.

What a wonderful experience from start to finish! Our new marble backsplash is simply gorgeous thanks to Roger's skill and attention to detail. I am a perfectionist...and this backsplash is perfect. My family so appreciated the excellent customer service; Roger is talented, professional, and an absolute joy to have in our home. Cant say enough good things about Rogers Tile. This was the second time we have used him for a remodel and he didnt disappoint. He is a true artist and created a great bathroom for us from scratch. He takes his time and is meticulous on every detail. Arrives when he says he will and communicates every step of the way. Highly recommend.

Roger and his crew did excellent work. They came on time and Roger also performed the work with his crew. He paid attention to details and helped us select the basement and kitchen tiles that would look best in our size and style of house. Roger replaced the baseboards in our basement. He suggested the 5 inch baseboards as they would look better with the wood looking ceramic tiles. They look fabulous! I couldn't be more pleased. I had added crown molding in the basement at the last minute and Roger said he could do it. I also realized that one of the basement walls flowed up the stairs leading to the kitchen area and resulted in a bigger painting job. Again he accommodated me. Before Roger began painting the trim going up the stairs, he removed all the old caulking and replaced it with new caulk before painting. This gave the room a new fresh look. Other contractors that I contacted would not go this extra step. They would have just painted over the old caulk. In addition, we had an outside water leak and the plumber had to repair it through the ceiling in my basement. They cut a 12x12 hole. The plumber told us that they just cut the hole, they don't replace it and we would have to hire someone. Roger noticed the missing drywall and after we explained what happened, he said that he could fix it. I was elated as this would not delay our remodel. Roger didn't even charge us for the drywall repair.

I would like to apologize to Roger for not posting this review sooner. Work and home life got crazy, but that's no excuse. This is the second job that Roger has done for us and like before his work was outstanding from start to finish. He went with us to help select the tile colors, order the cabinet and bathroom/laundry room fixtures. I wasn't sure about a particular style or tile color and he offered his advice based on the size of the room and lighting conditions. He showed up on time and gave us constant status updates. I could say more but I believe pictures are worth a thousand words.

In June I received 2 estimates from large companies for the renovation of my powder room. Both were unreasonably higher in cost with lengthy time frames than I'd anticipated. Roger's Tile was referred with high praise to me from a kitchen/bathroom contractor who was interested in larger projects. Roger's estimate of cost and time were what I'd anticipated, and he was true to his word in both cases. They did a beautiful job completely renovating my powder room. Roger has a good sense of design and color and was helpful in guiding me through some of the decisions I struggled with. I was so happy with the outcome of the powder room that I asked if they could come back in July to paint my master bedroom and bath. Again, I was very pleased with the outcome. Both projects exceeded my expectations. Roger and his workers are very professional, courteous and non-intrusive in the home. They are also very amenable to take on small repairs of which I had several, i.e., repairing dry wall, replacing faucets, repairing leaks. They are very knowledgeable in fixing things. I would definitely use this company for future tile and paint projects and would highly recommend them to others.

After talking a good game, Roger cancelled the first estimate appointment at the last minute and committed to following up the same time the next day, then he no-showed the second time. I lost a week of work time on this situation. ***Caution-This provider may string you along even if he isn't interested in the work*** The real disappointment is that I've used him before and his work was decent and he was reliable, but that was several years ago on a smaller job...

Another absolutely exceptional job by Roger and his team. This is the second time I used Roger in the past two years and each time the job is phenomenal. Roger is extremely professional, really nice and does his absolute best to ensure you love the work he performs. His prices are outstanding as well. Roger and his team did an excellent job. They were always on time and extremely professional. Roger came to my house everyday to make sure that everything was on track and was how we wanted. I would highly suggest him for any tiling needs and I would definitely use him again in the future.

Roger's Tile is thorough, talented, and extremely conscientious. My wife and I are thrilled with the work they performed. I got three bids on a bathroom renovation - top to bottom. I saw Roger's very high reviews on Angie's but wasn't sure his team could do the full job. His bid was very competitive - not the lowest but reasonable. We bought the new vanity, toilet, and tile (with his recommendations) and he and his team did all the work. Roger is hands on. He oversees the project daily and even came on the weekend to finish up some tasks to make sure they were done perfectly. His team members were timely, professional and courteous. This is a small business that takes great pride in the work that they do, the people that they serve, and the reputation for the future they want to create. Roger called virtually daily at the end of the day to make sure they had performed in accordance with our wishes. At the end of the job, he came by and subsequently called us to make sure we were 100% satisfied. Roger and his team are highly professional at tile work. They did our floor and subway tile around the tub area. But they also demonstrated skill with all other aspects of the renovation - a tricky ceiling repair, electrical enhancements, painting, plumbing, even a new threshold at the entrance to the bath. They identified construction concerns and then remedied the concerns without harping for more money. This is what we all hope to receive from contractors and, too often, the final result is lacking. Roger's Tile met and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

Beautiful work---added in design as suggested by owner--very personal. Work done on time and very neatly. I had no clean-up whatsoever.
