RINKER'S DRYWALL & PAINTING

Rinker's did a passable installation. They used a plunge saw for cutouts (light fixtures, outlets, and the like) and unfortunately their employees seemed not to know how to operate it. The result was that each cutout has a visible plunge hole. They covered several outlets with drywall, but were able to find most of them and make openings. They were extremely messy and left blobs of drywall mud everywhere as well as a thick coat of dust. They floated out a patch of ceiling very poorly, leaving visible seams and ridges. Their caulked joints opened soon after they left, but this could have been a case of poor installation of the trimwork. In any event, they refused to return and make either of the foregoing right, costing us major expense to have it done by others. They did not clean up after themselves, even after we requested that they do so. Their painting, under leader Carlos, was better and showed some attention to detail. You could easily do better than Rinker's.
