Description of Work: We purchased a Loop-Loc pool cover through John. We felt the price was very reasonable. Our pool has a raised hot tub so the cover was more expensive because of this. He allowed us to ship the old pool cover to Loop-loc ourselves to help us keep the cost down. He was responsive to my calls, and very personable over the phone. |I realized after dealing with him that he had serviced my mother's pool in Vienna years ago. We loved him. Best pool company we ever used. | |

 + -1 moreI recommend him to everybody that does their pool. He replaced the pool pump for me for free. When I first bought the house, I had them come in and check the pool out and found that the person that I bought the house from did not close the pool out correctly. If we hadn't had Mike come in I would have lost the entire pool that year. Since I was a first time pool owner, I asked him about chemicals and eh said that I go buy it cheaper. He said that I could buy from him but he would have to ass 10% and then eventually I would find out that I could buy it cheaper. Through the years I have had to replace the filter system and things like that and he has told me to buy it at a particular place, so that he did not have to add his service fee on it. He has been very upfront with me and he has been in business since he took over his dads business. I would tell others that they might not like what he is going to say or his prices, but they would get quality work. He has had the same team working with him for 21 years. Everybody he has recommended to me has been upfront and honest.
Description of Work: I have used Reynolds Pool Svc for pool service for 21 years. The last time I used him was today and he replaced the pool pump.
