Overall, I would say it went very well. When I called him on an evening and he was actually willing to come out that evening but it was late in the evening and I said it can wait until tomorrow. He did show up the next day when he said he was going to show up so he was prompt. I felt that he was very fair in evaluating my A/C unit.
Description of Work: I used R M Faught Electrical to fix my A/C.

The owner, Robbie, provided a new HVAC unit for my second-story condo, which required a crane lift. Robbie and his partner are a two-man team and are very knowledgable. I felt comfortable knowing that I was working with an honest business. The new unit had a condensation leak after installation, but Robbie immediately returned my phone call and was out the next day to diagnose the issue. Since Robbie's company isn't large, he wasn't able to run an "emergency call" since the leak was noticed over the weekend, therefore I had to wait until the following Monday (in 90 degree weather) for him to return. However, he was there on time and his professionalism on the job made up for this. I would definitely recommend to anyone in need of HVAC services.

R.M. Faught did troubleshooting on my radiant heat floor which took 2 hours @ $95/hour plus a $120 service call charge for a total of $310. The technician did an excellent job of figuring out and isolating a heating pad that was causing the GFI circuit breaker to trip. This price was fair. I decided to replace the breaker and was charged $185 for the breaker and labor which was about 30 minutes. The breaker sells for $10 to $20 and is readily available so I thought the charge to replace the breaker was excessive. The workmanship and interactions were excellent.

Absolutely phenomenal work and extremely satisfied with their support and customer service. Will HIGHLY recommend to anyone
Shawn and Robbie are very good. They are responsive and will call ahead. Sometimes they get stuck at other jobs but it is not a problem. They are reasonably priced and I am happy with their services.
Description of Work: I have been using their services for about ten years now. They have done everything from servicing our ac to installing our humidifier. Today, they are coming to replace some insulation and ground fault receptacles.

The office staff personnnel were responive to my request for infromation and the technician showed up at the scheduled time and explained to me the reason my AC was not working before me made the repair. I needed a capacitor replacement. He also pointed out tips for maintenance that I could accomplish.
Description of Work: Air conditioner repair. I was billed $105 for a service call (the same price I received from the other companies I checked with) and $185.00 for the capacitor replacement.
