Hired to clean our home, showed up late for the first cleaning, with an insurance certificate that started the DAY BEFORE!!! I have been unable to verify that the policy was properly executed.. she only had the insurance binder document and no other proof.Cleaning was acceptable the first visit. Two weeks later she came again, this time unsupervised as we'd given her a key. Second cleaning was good. Then the problems started... she texted late Wednesday night saying she couldn't come on Friday as promised, but could she come Thursday. This wasn't convenient for us as we had some stuff out that would have made cleaning difficult in some areas of our home, so we texted her back after we saw the text Thursday morning that she sent late Wednesday, and asked that she not come on Thursday, but she could come on Monday. We never heard from her again. She never returned any phone calls, texts at all. She still has OUR KEYS! As she hasn't returned any calls, and has a key to our home, I'm going to have to pay to have the locks changed at my expense. I will never use this service again, and I would recommend that no one else does either.
