Description of Work: I had a badly infected computer. Mr. Ramirez told me that for residential consumers, his charge was $99 regardless of how long it took. It took him about 3 hours to untangle the mess of viruses that were on my hard drive. The charge was a well-worth-it $99, just as he said - and he did not have to erase my hard drive! My computer has been working great since.
