Working with Premium and Drainage & Erosion was a true pleasure. I received quotes from at least 4 other landscaping and drainage companies and Premium Drainage and Erosion was by far the best value. They installed a dry well with a sump pump with connecting downspouts from my house to assist in draining my yard faster. Before the work was done water would stand in the yard for days on end making it hard to use the yard, and also hard to keep the lawn nice. They also added a cement step to the entrance to our basement in order to combat those huge huge storms that happen once every 10years. Both the office and the team doing the work were super responsive to my questions, which there were a lot. I would highly recommend them to a fellow homeowner looking to solve some drainage /flooding issues.

Adrian and his team installed a French drain and walking path along the side of my house where I was having serious issues with storm water flowing into my basement window wells. I really appreciated that he proposed a drainage solution that directly addressed the problem I had rather than the cookie cutter approach I got from another company that I had asked for a quote. His team also put in two beautiful paver patios. It has been two years since the work was done, and everything has held up perfectly.

We had a flooding problem in the front of our house/ driveway every time that it rained. Though we had to book them several months in advance (because they were that busy), the wait was worth it. The employees were professional and trustworthy. They knew exactly what to do and when they ran into a problem with the slope of our property, they came up with a creative solution. It has been raining all day today and we have had no flooding at all, whereas before the water was almost coming to the house. We are very pleased with their work and highly recommend this company.

Adrian and his team worked at our house on a big porch project. Our basement and kitchen subfloor were taking on water from the outside, but we weren't sure why. They demoed our old porch, found the source of the problem, excavated old fill, waterproofed around our foundation, put in brand new fill and a brand new porch, and constructed a french drain to carry the water away from our house. I have never seen guys work so hard in my life. They did an excellent job. The end results look great! They were also great at those soft skills that are so important...communication, prompt responses to emails, attention to detail. We are beyond happy with their work and will definitely use Premium to replace our walkway and driveway when we're ready.

Owner visited our house and discussed problem in August with suggestions and prompt estimates on variations of the job. After further discussion, we chose options and agreed to the work. We were told (up front!) that other commitments meant work could not be promised before December. Since this was a longstanding problem, we said we weren’t in a rush and agreed to wait. Company did arrive in early December with team and took two days to complete the work. Although utilities were marked ahead of time and team was alerted to underground irrigation piping (although exact locations of pipes were unknown), there was one incident of damage to an irrigation pipe (all work was done with manual tools - no mechanized trenching). Owner made sure pipe was correctly fixed and advised me that while further problems were unexpected, if there were problems in Spring when water was turned back on, they would return and fix it. I believe him. Overall good workers and I believe new French drain will alleviate much of our problems with water.

Marvelous workmanship. Adrian and his team were very professional, courteous, and COVID-19 aware. Adrian and his team were also very pleasant and patient. I can't say enough good things about him and his company. The prices were reasonable and the work was beyond 5 stars; I wish I could give 6 stars. I'm so glad I found an honest and reliable company. I had several estimates, but I feel blessed I went with Adrian and his team. I will be calling him again to have more work done in the future. After much research and five quotes, I hired Premium Drainage & Erosion Solutions LLC to help me fix my erosion control and soggy yard. Adrian came quickly and provided me a free quote and educated me on why my yard was soggy and the cause of the erosion. This was very helpful as I spoke with other contractors. I chose Premium Drainage & Erosion and was extremely pleased for doing so. The price was extremely reasonable especially after I obtained five quotes. The team arrived on-time, installed a proper and functional drainage system for my home. They were very careful with their digging, cleaned up afterwards and ensured I was happy before departing. We had two large projects done on our property by Premium Drainage & Erosion which included installing two French drains, regrading, underground pipes and sealing the concrete floor of the garage (rain was sweeping in from underground). I contacted about 8 different companies, 4 provided estimates and we choose Premium Drainage & Erosion Solutions (ask for Adrian: 571-999-9504; PREMIUMDRAINAGE.COM; premiumerosion@gmail.com). We are very pleased with their work and the pricing was reasonable. The French drains were installed first and a year later they came and cleaned them and fixed an area that started eroding again by installing a catch box. This was all done under warranty. They are through and don't leave until the job is done at high quality and solves the problem. Highly recommended.

Adrian and his team did a fantastic job fixing and rebuilding our retaining wall and installing drainage. Given the size of the job, I had many companies give me estimates on fixing our failing retaining wall and drainage problems, most were more interested in selling me pavers or only quoted me for part of the job. Adrian was the most knowledgeable and most comprehensive. He explained the issue and how he could fix it and his price was extremely reasonable. Adrian and his team are excellent and professional. I was having water coming into my crawlspace from one area. Every estimate given included a french drain with a pump in the crawl space. When Adrian came for an estimate he was sure it was coming from outside and with this professional advice we decided to tackle the problem from outside and that was the right way to go. His team removed planks from the outside deck and by crawling under the deck found the source of the issue. It was a dirty job but they worked through it with a great professional attitude. The problem seems to have been repaired with fixes outside and inside the crawl space. He also replaced an old sump pump and extended the waste line beyond the deck. The important part about this was that Adrian understood how important the issues of the water coming into the crawl space was and he was able to work me in around some cancellations and worked on the issue till he was sure it was resolved. I really appreciated this. He also had guaranteed the work if any water should appear. I am ready to hire them for other projects. This company is a find. My backyard had a draining problem that had gotten worse over the years. During a hard rain, water would sometimes end up in my basement. After a hard rain, large portions of my yard retained water for several days where my young grandchildren could not play in it. To say the least, this water problem was very problematic. I went online and found several local companies. Each had a different “French Drain” solution and the price ranges were widely different. Premium Drainage & Erosion Solutions’ solution was the lowest. Adrian, the owner, explained in detail the recommended work and their website had numerous pictures from other jobs showing what he described. This gave me the most confidence they were the company to solve my problem. After agreeing to terms, I received a detailed invoice showing everything he described. Each “project” had a line item, detailed description, and cost. To solve my draining problem, Premium Drainage & Erosion Solutions installed three French drains all tied into an underground pipe dispensing water at the perimeter of my yard. In addition, they installed several catch basins at key points to maximize the amount of water captured. They regraded major portions of my yard, connected a downspout to the drain, and shored up other areas to speed drainage. Premium Drainage & Erosion Solutions also installed a paver walkway from my driveway, around the left side of my house, through my fence gate, to my deck, including a French drain along the left side of the walkway. The crewing doing the work was very thorough and paid meticulous attention to detail. Overall, I am quite satisfied with the work. My wife and I both agree the results are beautiful – and that is saying a lot for an above ground French drain. As a company, the receptionist answering the phone, the owner, the crew chief, and his staff were all very professional and friendly. Communication was timely and all my questions and concerns were addressed. They also have an excellent on-line invoicing and payment system. What a great company! Martha from the office is always so polite, followed up with me and address my concert in a timely manner. Adrian is very professional, always came on time as promise, reviewed the work with me in a great detail, and were able to scheduled the work on a specific day that I want them to come. The crew did a great job. Adrian came over to review it, and he went extra miles to help me checking my sum pump in the house.

True professional! Adrian arrived and did a complete site survey and discussed in great detail the job. The price estimate did not change. On the day of the job a group of 4 came in early and completed on time. Adrian called me when to review the completed job. To my amazement it was way above what we expected! He did an excellent job! Adrian is extremely knowledgeable and patient as he took the time to assess various points in my yard to give me options on how to fix my flooding patio (as it was raining outside). On the day of the French drain and French drain extension installation, the crew was prompt and immediately started the job. I was pleased with their professionalism as well and they worked very hard to excavate the dirt and install the French drain components. Upon completion of the amazing work, I observed the workers reassembling my yard and also cleaned up my driveway of any loose rocks. I had an A+ experience with Adrian. For years, our sloped and shaded backyard would consistently flood in areas any time it rained. It would sometimes take days for our yard to dry out. When water seeped into our basement, we finally knew we had to fix the problem immediately. We contacted Premium Drainage & Erosion for a quote. Adrian was punctual and professional. He spent time with us talking through the issue and proposing various solutions. He spent more time with us and was more knowledgeable about the problem than the other companies we contacted. His estimate was more competitive than the others too. He ended up installing two different french drainage systems in our yard (one of which included a natural stone retaining wall) He and his crew did exactly as promised, and completed the work ahead of schedule. There were no surprise expenses. His crew worked really long days. At the end when they were cleaning up, they noticed we had a few bags of mulch and went ahead and spread them for us. They didn't have to, but that's just the type of people that they are. We had our first big summer thunderstorm last night and the system worked great. We are thrilled.

Work started two weeks later. His crew work diligently to complete the task in one day to beat the impending rain.
