House looked fantastic. Realtor recommended higher listing price than originally estimated, thanks to the quality renovation. A couple days ahead of schedule, and on budget. Contractor was very flexible to changes and additions that came up during the job. All work was very thorough and professional. Price was much lower than bid from another contractor. Contractor greatly relieved the stress of getting the house ready for sale on a short schedule.

To be accurate, I wrote this review once before but it got e-filed on the site in housecleaning instead of home improvements or general contracting. As a contractor, Roger was the best. He provided excellent advice on what improvements to make to increase the attractiveness of our home to would-be buyers and the most effective and efficient way to proceed. He has an exceptionally wide range of contacts and can help you find professionals to get the job done at a reasonable cost. I wish we had found Roger earlier in our rehab effort; I would have used him as a general contractor and saved us a lot of stress.

They are working for me now. I finally hit the jackpot. They answered your phone calls, answered your questions, just really good.

Roger, the owner, is professional and highly helpful. We are looking to upgrade our home and put it on the market. Roger has done rehab for a number of years and has great advice on what sells and how to proceed. We hope to use him to do more detail work in our house. Showed up at night within a couple of hours of calling for the emergency at the rental home, fixed the problem to keep power up for the night, and then came back in the morning and completed the job of replacing the mal-functioning circuit breakers. The basement finishing work was done a while back. It was within the scheduled time line and within the projected cost. He was very flexible to make design changes during the work, and has a good labor force and sub-contractors. Overall very happy with the work.

Provided an estimate. Scheduled for the following day; he was going to adjust his previous appt with a Realtor. He said he'd email me some choices of heaters and be here about 9-10 am the next morning. I received his email about 9:30 am saying he couldn't re-schedule with the Realtor. Could I wait a day or two. No, not with a progressively leaking heater I couldn't. He also did not give me any choice of heater, just the standard Lowe's inventory vs. better rated heaters. His estimate was reasonable, though higher than who I ended up using. The lower "overall" rating is reflective of his last minute cancellation despite his reassurance he would be able to reschedule without worry.

It could not have gone better. His prompt response saved us untold water damage. His persistence in staying until the job was completely done was commendable. I will definitely be calling him for all of my future home repairs.

He was fairly priced. He was very responsive. I was able to count on him to get things done even though I live in another state. I would recommend him to others.
