Description of Work: They put in new doors and drawers. They also did a resurfacing of the cabinets.

Description of Work: I called the local number and the call was answered by a professional call center rep. I explained that I needed an estimate to fix problems with my cabine refacing that was done about 6 years ago and the refacing materials were coming off the cabinets, but that the doors were in excellent shape. I also told them that the cabinets were refaced in a pure white, which would be easy to match. The call center rep contacted the local office in Centerville and they said that they would not be willling to even come out and give an estimate as they were sure they could not match the materials. They then said they could do a reface job for $6,000 to $10,000 instead to fix it. Interesting since they never saw my kitchen, the size of it or if my cabinets are even able to be refaced again or worth it. My negative feedback is based on this: Their website leads you to believe that they do work on restoring cabinets, yet instead I get an upsell for a complete refacing job without anyone even coming out to my house to check out what was possible or what makes most sense. If my cabinets were refaced in a wood colored product, their comment would make sense. But the cabinets are refaced in a white laminate and they would not even come out to determine if their preconceived analyis was accurate. Perhaps they are correct, and if they had come out, perhaps I would have bought new cabinets from them. But they will never know that for sure, since they were unwilling to even take a look at my kitchen.

Description of Work: I called this company three times to ask if they would install cabinets and renovate a kitchen. I indicated it was alright if they did not perform this service but please give me a call and let me know. They still did not return my call. I would not use this organization!
