Pest Proof

Pest Proof treated my property a few times recently as part of my regular maintenance. Both technicians (Andy and James) were excellent. Like everyone I have encountered at Pest Proof, James and Andy were very knowledgeable, very thorough, and customer service oriented. Thanks, Andy and James!

I had a copperhead snake move into my front yard. After a month of thinking it would just find it's way somewhere else, I called Pest Proof to come out and find it a new home. They sent a technician named Jason out who was super friendly. He caught the snake and loaded it up in his truck to find it a better home. Jason was great and the experience was easy.

Awesome, they were super responsive, handled the request, and cleaned up afterwards. Great local company and would definitely use again for any pest related issues.

Something was getting into my roofline or gutter at night &, on the recommendation of my regular pest control guy who doesn't handle wildlife, I called Mr. Littlejohn. He came quickly, assessed the situation for free, found no holes, discussed with me the possibilities of what it could be, and agreed we would talk after the gutters were cleaned. The gutter cleaning solved the problem. If I ever need any wildlife removal, I will call him in a heartbeat.

I had a squirrel and its family in my attic creating problems. The home had a completely new roof put on a year ago, so I was surprised when another pest control company wanted me to pay over $4,000 to solve a number of "problems." He came out promptly, found the problem, explained the solution patiently and quoted me a price that was about 1/10th of the other vendor's price to solve the problem, without unnecessary add-ons. In 24 hours we were critter free. His follow up visit was just as professional. I am a satisfied customer! Plus his service comes with a 3-year warranty. Where else do you get this kind of service for a reasonable price?! Eric is always on time (and calls ahead if he's running late or has an issue) and accommodating of customer schedules. He's set a high bar with his white glove service. I'd highly recommend him to anybody that has a critter problem.

Great customer service! The rep who performed the service was knowledgeable. It's our first time dealing with Squirrels and carpenter bees. He was very thorough. Sprayed every room and window in the house including basement and garage plus outside perimeter and knocked down all cobwebs high in garage. Very informative and professional. He has done his homework when it comes to the bug/pest industry. He goes the extra mile to help with anything you need. You want proof of service use Pest Proof Pest Management ...Thanks a million!!
