+ -1 moreOur backyard was infested with ivy and vines. 3 men worked hard for a day and a half digging up the ivy by the roots. They did a thorough job. It would have taken me over 8 days to do the same work. They also clean our gutters regularly for much less than the normal market rate.
Description of Work: Removed poison and English Ivy and other vines by the roots from our backyard.

+ -1 moreI contacted Perez Landscaping via email to come to our property for a snow removal estimate. They responded fairly quickly to the email exchange and we set up a time for them to come out and provide the estimate. The date and time agreed upon came and went without Perez showing up or even contacting me to reschedule. If a company can't fulfill an estimate request and appointment, how can they be trusted to provide reliable services?

+ 1 moreOverall, I would say, this company may not have the physical resources like a boom or grinder, but they have the human resources and desire to do a good job.
Description of Work: The work to be done was to remove 3 fairly large mulberry trees from a very small lot in DC. The trees were all spreading onto both my neighbors property and were tangled in over head wires. I had two previous estimates before I hired this company. Both varied widely. Both had language that was fuzzy about how exactly stumps and roots would be removed. The language of both prior proposed contacts said “grind to ground with wood chips left in place.” After asking around, I learned that larger tree companies use this to not completely remove the stump. This company not only beat their price but used all sorts of resourceful ways to removed the stumps below grade (without a grinder). They worked very hard. While English may be the owner’s second language don’t let that dissuade you from using your best efforts to communicate what you want, because he really aims to do what the customer wants. I was very pleased.

+ -1 moreI have used Trinidad for the past three years for spring cleaning as well as several projects to upgrade the lot. He is always very responsive, punctual, never leaves a mess, and does very nice work. With the current job, I called him to discuss the job. He came to the house that night for an estimate and performed the work within 4 days. He is very personable and pays a lot of attention to detail.
Description of Work: I live on 1/3 of an acre with a standard late 70's house. We have several mulched flower and shrub beds as well as a pool with some landscaping around it. Trinidad cleaned all the beds, mulched them, cut back 5 crepe myrtles, built a 5 by 10 foot flagstone patio for my grill, cut back several bushes, and hauled all the lawn waste away for the above price.
