Our backyard was infested with ivy and vines.  3 men worked hard for a day and a half digging up the ivy by the roots.  They did a thorough job.  It would have taken me over 8 days to do the same work.
They also clean our gutters regularly for much less than the normal market rate.

I contacted Perez Landscaping via email to come to our property for a snow removal estimate. They responded fairly quickly to the email exchange and we set up a time for them to come out and provide the estimate. The date and time agreed upon came and went without Perez showing up or even contacting me to reschedule. If a company can't fulfill an estimate request and appointment, how can they be trusted to provide reliable services?

Overall, I would say, this company may not have the physical resources like a boom or grinder, but they have the human resources and desire to do a good job. 

I have used Trinidad for the past three years for spring cleaning as well as several projects to upgrade the lot. He is always very responsive, punctual, never leaves a mess, and does very nice work. With the current job, I called him to discuss the job. He came to the house that night for an estimate and performed the work within 4 days. He is very personable and pays a lot of attention to detail.
