Patriot Painting

When I came back after the work was performed, I found they did some additional work at no charge and painted the entry way, which was very nice. I did send them a check for the additional work as I was willing to pay for it. There were a couple spots of paint on the carpeting that I followed up with them about but never heard back from the company. The painting work was done well and they went above the work requested but I just never heard back about the paint spots on the carpeting.

Called and emailed Patriot Paining to obtain an extimate for painting over several days. I called requesing an estimate and left messages on their both their main number, and the owner's cell phone number, I a also emailed the business without any response. Either the owner has closed his business or they just don't care. PS. I am in the same area code. Sloppy response from owner.

Their prices were reasonable. They were very professional and did what they said they would. They completed the work in a timely manner. I would use them again if needed.

We were very pleased with the service we received from Patriot Painting. Our move came up rather suddenly, and our schedule was tight. Scott came out to give us an estimate the day after we called. The price was well within our budget, and Scott was able to get us on the schedule quickly. Communication was easy throughout. The crew did a great job, at one point working around the carpet folks coming in to remove the carpet. To top it off, they completed the job a day early!

We could not have been more pleased. The company was extremely punctual (to the minute) and finished in a very timely manner. We would highly recommend them to anyone in need of painting services.

Overall it was very good. They arrived on time, evaluated what had to be done and went to work painting. They finished the work in one day and put everything back in place. I would happily hire them again.

Scott was responsive through email and phone. His painters were prompt, showing up at the agreed time/date. They worked efficiently and finished the job in 7 hours with minimal impact to my day. The paint job looks great with almost no splatter. They cleaned up after themselves, including a thorough vacuum. Would definitely use Patriot Painting again!

A pleasant young man showed up on time in the morning. He went to work moving furniture as soon as I described the project to him. After covering what wasn't moved he went to work, ceiling, walls then trim. He took a half hour lunch break and still managed to finish by 3 PM. When done he cleaned everything up, moved the furniture back to its original place, and made sure I was happy with the job. The paint job looks great and I am completely satisfied with having chosen Patriot Painting.

I needed repairs done quickly for my home. I recently sold my home, and in the home inspection, two small things came up. Replace the insulation that fell down in the attic, and fix the crack in the 2 story wall that expands and contracts with silicone putty. Rudy fixed the insulation in the attic, he fixed the wall with flexible material and special type of tape to fix the problem, and it was done in one day. I called last minute to get a quote/arrange the repair, but the vendor responded very quickly and got the job done despite my last minute urgent rush to get repairs done prior to my house closing. I really appreciated their help, and the repair looks great! Very pleased, will use this vendor again.

I had an appointment with the owner of Patriot Painting, Scott Runkle. When he was 30 minutes late, I called to see what the deal was. He answered and admitted to having simply forgotten. He was polite, and he offered to come late, but I declined. Would not recommend.

They did an excellent job on the patching; team was on time, worked diligently and completed the job in two days. I had to stop them as they were leaving on the second day - it was clear they were in a hurry to leave, and had not put the furniture back in place or fully cleaned up. Once I reminded them, they turned around, made sure the house was completely cleaned up and returned the furniture to its approximate original location. I would certainly use them again, but did find them a bit pricey.

During the preliminary quote process, I felt like the owner was very knowledgeable and I felt completely comfortable taking his recommendations. Sometimes I feel like I have to completely research the field for which I'm hiring a contractor and in some ways that kind of defeats the point. So, it was really nice that both the owner and the workers on the job would take the time to explain the situation to me and had the knowledge to give me a recommendation so that I could decide what course of action I wanted to take. On the days of the jobs, the workers arrived on time. They were very polite; they introduced themselves and they were very pleasant to work with. They were efficient workers; I was amazed at how much they got done in a little amount of time. One painter in particular was very good and it was impressive to see the detail work he could do so quickly. The workers let us know what was going on during each step of the process and came to us if they had any questions, but other than that, they were very unobtrusive. We did have a couple of very minor issues after the first day, partly due to a mis-communication on my part. The owner had someone out to take care of the problems very quickly and we were completely satisfied with the work. They were not the lowest quote that we received, but we really do believe in paying for quality work. They are now the only painter we call when we need indoor or outdoor painting services. We always highly recommend them to anyone asking for a good painter. As a matter of fact, our neighbor's liked our newly stained stairs so much that they used Patriot Painting to do the same thing for them. There is actually a before and after shot of the front of our townhouse on Patriot Paintings website in their gallery. We are very happy with the "after" result.

The workers came promptly on the appointed day to do the power-washing and painting. They did a great job of scraping and caulking the trim around the door. There were no spills and the workers cleaned up after themselves. The appearance of our house has been greatly improved.

The two men arrived promptly to paint two bedrooms. (I declined to have the third bedroom painted) They willingly added an insulation additive to the gallon of paint for 4 of the walls facing the outside of the house (for an agreed upon $50 extra because they had to make a clean cut in the corners and use a two gallon container to make the mixture. ) They patched all the holes and cracks and cleaned what paint had dripped on the floor and rungs without any prompting. I liked their work so much, I agreed to have them also paint ten exterior shutters that same day. I was pleased that they completed two coats of paint on the interior rooms, exterior shutters and clean-up all in one day. The owner came by twice to inspect the work of his workers and spoke with me about the extra work.

Very well, they were prompt and worked hard.

The job went very well and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The Patriot Painting crew did an excellent job. After suffering a medical setback the day before the project started, I was concerned about the impact on my health but the Patriot Painting crew was in and out quickly which allowed me to focus on my healing - very thankful!

Purchase a big deal for interior painting. The crew painted the hallway, dining room and living rooms. I paid extra for trim and ceiling but it was well worth it. The crew was very nice and considerate of our belongings, they cleaned up and the job was done in one day. I was so satisified I hired Patriot again in the spring to paint the exterior of my home. They did another great job. I would definitely hire Patriot again and have recommended them to several friends.

This is the second time Patriot Painting has done work on my house. No issues at all, they were fast, did a great job, followed up to touch up a few spots on the deck, left no mess, and were on the lower end of the 3 quotes I got. I'd recommend them for both interior or exterior paint, light exterior carpentry, and deck maintenance. Thanks to Scott & his team!

Scott sent Robert to paint. Robert arrived on time, did an excellent job painting the master bathroom, made sure everything was clean and in place when he left. He was very respectful and professional. I would definitely use Scott's company and Robert again.

We had recently bought a house and Scott was able to give us an estimate before we even closed on the house. It was very helpful since we needed to get the painting done quickly. His team was able to work over the weekend, even on Sunday and completed our house within 4 days. There was only one minor touch up needed for the chair rail and Scott had them fix it the next day. We love our new paint colors and are glad to have finally found a painter.

Fair price for winter work, nice crew, punctual, well-organized, efficient, polite and a quality paint job. Several different colors were used and there was some detail "cutting in" required, which was well-executed.

Patriot Painting was excellent from start to finish. I was a little nervous because their bid was the lowest. My top bid was almost four times as much, so I'm glad I kept looking. Scott was able to schedule the work around our vacation dates and the work started and ended on time. Both workers were polite, pleasant and spoke excellent English. They worked with extreme care and attention to detail and it shows in the finished product. Instead of simply drizzling the stain on the deck and being done quickly, they took the time to work the stain into the dried out wood and achieved an even finish that is attractive and should protect the surface for years to come. I definitely recommend Patriot Painting and plan on using them for some upcoming work!

Work never performed

Even after the owner coming here for estimate and noticing our cathedral ceiling he did not bring ladders. Painting more coats in closets than we asked so wanted to charge more. The worst part is the total mess that was left: paint splatters on floor and furniture, paint splatters on toilet etc in bathroom, light and power outlets not covered so painted step stool left covered in drywall dust and vacuum all but ruined since they did not bring anything to vacuum up the drywall dust. Once I cleaned up everything the rooms look good.
