Patriot has been providing lawn service for the past 2 years. They are prompt, professional and reasonably priced.They also mow my lawn occaisonally. They also have done some landscaping. Good job on that also. Paul listened to my concerns and provided good ideas and implemented them well. I would definitely recommend them.

I called Patriot Lawn and Landscape and left a message. Paul called me back within 36 hours and arranged to come by and check out what I might want in landscaping. I wasn't sure what might correct the erosion in our back yard. I thought maybe edging and fill areas with mulch and some plantings. Paul listened and then told me what he thought might correct the erosion and explained why. The mulch could just wash away with the next heavy rain. He did give me an approximate price for what I thought might work. Then he suggested what he thought would work well. Then the cost. His fix would cost less than what I suggested and his should help correct our problem. I was really impressed. His crew came out and did a great job. I am delighted with the entire experience.

Paul was one of the first to reply to my inquires and provided a complete and reasonable estimate. I selected Patriot based on reviews and my initial discussions with Paul. He responded to all of my requests for information. The work was scheduled very quickly. We even coordinated over the weekend to ensure all was ready for a Monday start. Jeremy arrived Monday morning and accomplished the work. All areas were processed, including those areas not easily accessed by the power equipment. I am very happy with the results and the professionalism exhibited by this company. Now I will be trying to schedule Patriot for Spring cleanup and other yard preparation.

I first contacted Patriot Lawn and Landscape in the summer of 2013. After pricing out the project with some other companies, I decided to do most of the retaining wall installation myself but needed some assistance with removal of the old wall. Paul was quick to come over for a free estimate. He was very professional and listened carefully to what I wanted. He gave me some good advice on the project and gave great recommendations on stone products to use. I was so impressed by his willingness to give advice that I decided to ask how much he would charge if I used his company for the whole project instead of doing it myself. He was quick to give me a price range dependent on my choice of stone. Although the whole project was expensive, his price was less than the other quotes I received. We had a lot of back and forth on the different details of the project. Paul was very patient and responsive while never pressuring me towards giving him the thumbs up. I decided to hire Paul and he quickly worked me into the schedule. The work was done over the course 3-4 days. The crew members worked hard and made sure to clean up after themselves at the end of each work day. Paul showed up on site on a couple occasions to check on the work and make sure my wife and I were satisfied. The wall turned out better than we imagined as well as the rest of the work done in our yard. Overall we are very satisfied with Paul and the product of his company. We have since hired him for lawn care services as well. There are a few other projects we have in mind for the future and will not hesitate to use Patriot Lawn and Landscape again.

Met with Paul, who is a very personable, professional young man. He was very willing to work with me and discuss several stages in developing ang controlling the very large and neglected yard of my new home. Within a week, Paul and his crew had the lawn looking great. He has done everything I expected and better than expected. I plan on using Patriot Lawn for a long time. Very happy with this company.

In both cases, Paul came out to discuss the projects. They had a lot going on so I didnt get it done as fast as I wanted, but the quality was great. The best thing was that they listened and took notes. All the nuances of my property were taken into consideration. I especially liked the fact that Paul knows his species of trees and shrubs better than anyone I know. He gave us very good advice on what to do or not with some winter damaged shrubs. On the shed pad, they did it exactly the way I wanted it done. The right gravel size, the right dimensions, everything was very well done. Cant wait for the next project.

They returned my phone call in a very timely manner and came the next day to give me an estimate. He was very professional and seemed very knowledgable. We didn't get the work completed at this time but plan to use them in the future for our yard needs.

My experience with Patriot Lawn Service was exceptional. The owner, Paul, was very easy to deal with and always answered his phone. I had a lawn that had collapsed from the base of my house along a trench to the sidewalk. Paul patiently listened to my concerns and offered a plan to fix the problem. Additionally, he patiently listened to questions I had about the process and provided guidance on various questions I asked about my lawn. Ultimately, Patriot Lawn exceeded my expectations by going beyond the original stated work and fixing additional areas of my lawn that I had not pointed out. This attention to detail was much appreciated and I have already contracted with Paul and his organization for future work. I highly recommend their service.

Everything was discussed in advance, mapped out, and agreed upon. Work was executed as requested. Where changes in the design were needed, it was discussed and agreed upon. For example, a small space existed between the deck and the stairs to the basement which was supposed to be mulched in as an extension of the flowerbed. Due to the design of the irrigation system which had a post sticking up where the frame extended under the deck stairs, I was asked about extending the frame around this small area and adding rock. I loved the idea and the execution was excellent. I had specific ideas about what I wanted when I called to have the work estimated and it turned out better than I had imagined. When I first spoke to Paul, I gave my ideas, he offered feedback on how it would be accomplished and suggestions as to the details I had not considered. For example, I knew I wanted hydrangea in the flower bed, but I hadn't thought about what else could go in around them. He offered a couple of suggestions, but when I went to visit family elsewhere, there was phlox growing everywhere which I really liked. So, I asked about that and Paul looked into it and agreed it would work. I have a deck that is about 3-4 feet off the ground, too low to do much with the underneath space, too high not to do something to make it look nicer. When I talked about adding rock underneath the deck, I was thinking plain gravel. Paul suggested river rock and brought samples of three different sizes to look at. I am so happy he did as it looks so much nicer than otherwise would have. I dislike mowing around the parts of the house that stick out, for example, around the air conditioning units and underneath the fireplace box. I wanted to add rock in and around these areas. It is similar in appearance to the deck and turned out beautifully. We also have a pole that extends into the ground, but is just a small annoyance that didn't require a framed out box, so we were able to get a semicircle of the river rock put around this pole which ties in with the other areas and makes it easier to trim around. (Of course, we also have them doing our mowing this year, so that benefit is mostly visual for us, but having mowed around these areas, I knew I wanted them set off in some manner. I have found Paul and his employees to be very pleasant to deal with, responsive, informative, and helpful. When the semicircle mentioned earlier seemed a little off balance to me, it was adjusted with absolute courtesy. Any time I have had questions or comments, I have been able to e-mail or call and receive a quick response. Oh, and I love e-mailing as I get a bit flustered on the phone sometimes, so it was quite a relief to find I could e-mail as easily as call.

They did some work for me about a month ago and I spent $550. I have no major dislikes.

They’re doing a fabulous job. I went to them because of their responsiveness, attitude, quality and their attention to details.

They always showed up on time and did a decent, but not great job. The lawns in our neighborhood have a very "manicured" appearance so it is very obvious when a lawn doesn't match the appearance of others. They use large industrial mowers and they speed through your yard very quickly and their edging isn't great. They were always responsive when I called to ask them to do things, but it is clear to me that they are a better fit for commercial work vice residential.

We have been using the services of the guys at Patriot Lawn and Landscape for a couple of years now, and each year we have increased the number of services we use because they are always VERY professional, courteous, on-time, and always do a great job with anything they do for us. We started using them for just lawn care back in 2011 (mowing, edging), then added mulching and fertilizing through their fertilizer program, then added snow blowing and leaf removal. And in 2013, Patriot L&L performed a larger project for us, which involved completely replacing our walkway and front steps with a beautiful paver walkway and steps. They also installed a new, stone retaining wall... These guys are top notch!!

A years worth of lawn treatment. Quite a bit more expensive then other providers but very reliable. I have dogs in the yard and they work with me to coordinate when they are coming to the house. I couldn't get any other provider to do that. They always call or email prior to the service and leave a note.

Pretty good. The cost was reasonable and the men did good work. The owner was patient and very informative, taking time to discuss the condition of my lawn and how to maintain it myself once all the heavy lifting was complete. That in itself has been equally as valuable as the service provided, maybe even more so in the long run. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. This company is reliable and do good work. Things were good with them. Their price was reasonable. The work was very thorough. They provided a very detailed estimate which I appreciated, and we are definitely seeing the lawn looking better.

Showed up for work as promised. Very professional. Had to wait a couple of weeks for the work, but was worth the wait. Priced seemed a tad high, but felt it worth it as we had seen some of their work at neighbors.

They do a great job. We don’t have a lot of interaction when they come. We call them if there are any problems or any questions, and they answer them.
