On short notice, Paul came to my house and provided me with an estimate on building a patio with pavers under the deck in my back yard. I was home from work that day for a doctor's appointment and he was able to squeeze me into his schedule. He was punctual and professional and explained every detail of the services he provides and gave me multiple options. His estimate was on the lower end of his competitors. We decided not to do the project at this time; however, I would not hesitate to call them again in the future.

Patriot Lawn and Landscape LLC did an excellent job with both tasks. Patriot was quick to provide a several designs for the 16x25 patio and walkway with pricing. When we changed our minds on the design the owner delivered quickly answering all phone calls and emails meeting every request. The quality of their work was excellent we had them do some other things to include a 7x7 landing at top of our stairs and re-sand the front paver. A company that understand customer service.

Paul at PLL was very helpful in scheduling the appointment and called Ms Utility for me with short turnaround. The PLL workers arrived right on time and got to work. The sodded areas look great and they watered and cleaned up the driveway and sidewalks after themselves. Afterwards, I had some watering questions (it's been sunny and 90+, which is tough on sod) and Paul was extremely responsive and helpful even after the job was completed.

You could not ask for a better company to deal with. They came in under the agreed upon price which to me speaks volumes They show up when scheduled. There work is first defiantly first class I have had multiple neighbors ask for number of our provider. Highly recommend Paul with Patriot Lawn and Landscape.

It's actually great to find one company that can support so many different services and do them all very well. The workmanship with the landscaping projects was outstanding. The owner is incredibly responsive and addresses all concerns and questions quickly. And the projects were priced fairly. We're looking forward to working with Paul and his team throughout the year.

From the initial estimate until the job was completed, Paul and his employees were professional, courteous, and hard working. The price was very competitive with the other estimates I received -- actually less expensive than most, and I am completely satisfied with the finished product. I am very particular about my lawn and landscape, and Patriot really made it look great! I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

Paul and team did a great job, After we had an in ground pool completed our back yard was a mess. It was very uneven and had very little grass left. Paul visited and provided an estimate that was very comparable to other estimates we received but Paul seemed very knowledgeable how to make our back yard great again. The team spent 3 1/2 days, grading, adding top soil and sodding the yard. They also planted four trees They added mulch around the deck and hot tub and planted provided bushes. It looks amazing. Their team did a great job cleaning the entire area before leaving each day. Paul did a nice job communicating the schedule and what should be expected each day. I'm very happy with service Paul provide and highly recommend them.

I initially contacted Paul at Patriot Lawn and Landscape for a quote to have my entire backyard sodded, as I had recently moved into a new house that had a terrible lawn. In addition to Paul, I had two other businesses from Angie's List provide me with quotes. The two other landscaping companies were larger and provided estimates with a project completion time of one day. Both companies had similar approaches to tackling my project (machine to level and till the soil, lay down a thick layer of quality soil, then sod) and were confident that if they started in the morning, they would be done by 1:00 PM the same day. Paul from Patriot Lawn and Landscape then came out to my house to provide an estimate, and after hearing his approach, it was clear that he had little to no experience in sodding existing lawns. According to Paul, it would take over two weeks, as he would want to treat the lawn multiple times with chemicals to kill the existing grass and weeds first, then lay the sod down. This approach was in stark contrast to the plan laid out by each of the larger landscaping companies, and didn't seem very efficient, given the two week project completion time. I received Paul's estimate later that day via email, and in addition to taking two weeks to finish sodding, his price was also the most expensive. Naturally I went with another bidder and am very happy with how my lawn turned out. After sending the estimate, Paul never called or emailed once to follow up or to see if I wanted to move forward with him, so I moved on and never had another communication with Patriot Lawn and Landscape. Had Paul contacted me, I of course would have gave him with the courtesy of an explanation as to why I decided to use another provider, as I respect that the time he took to provide the free estimate was valuable. Fast forward to yesterday. I'm currently involved in a number of home improvement projects inside my house, and was looking to get an estimate to have my front and back yard landscaped areas mulched. Given that mulching is a very simple, though time consuming task, I gave Paul a call to get a quote, as I like to support smaller local businesses when possible. In addition to Paul, I called one other company to set up an estimate. After giving Paul my name, address, and additional information about my property, he told me that he would provide an estimate in the next few days by email. A few hours later, I received an email from Paul stating that since he gave me "multiple free quotes" in the past, and because he received "little to no communication" from me, he would not be coming out to my house to provide a quote for the mulching job. Again, Paul gave ONE quote back in early 2015, and after sending that quote he never once called or emailed me to follow up. The fact that Paul would essentially fabricate a story about giving "multiple quotes" and then fail to follow through on an appointment he confirmed is very disconcerting, and he is certainly not someone I would ever do business with. Luckily there are good local businesses on Angie's List that provide quality services and are professional; Patriot Lawn and Landscape, however, is not one of them. I would avoid doing business with Paul and Patriot Lawn and Landscape based on his startling lack of integrity and poor customer service. With so many great businesses in the area, why bother with one like this.

Quick response to my inquiry. Small job was priced quickly and fairly. Job performed per the agreed schedule and payment arrangements. Quality professional work. They have earned my repeat business.

Great, but we just started the lawn program. I can say, however, that we first started using Patriot last summer for their mowing service and remulch/trimming of our landscape. They did such an outstanding job that we had neighbors asking who we use. We were so pleased. Furthermore, the owner is very knowledgeable and was able to provide insight and consult with us regarding some problem spots in our yard that we didn't understand. We are so grateful to have found this company!

It was really good. What stood out to me was the customer service. The price was competitive.

Paul was very professional and a pleasure to work with. I will be recommending him and his company to all my family and friends. Even when everything was all done and put in, I had one small spacing issue, which was because of the paver stones in place. After an email to Paul, he agreed to come back out to help with it. I am so impressed by the quality of the work and products, and the knowledge that EVERYONE on his team possessed. They were all very informative on the placement and future care of the plants and bushes. I could tell right away when I met with Paul at the FREE estimate, that his company was the one I wanted to go with.

Just had my first cutting for the year, and everything looks good.

They were on time and did a fantastic job! Did a great job in assessing what was needed and so far we have grass in areas that have not seen grass in years! GREAT JOB!!!

It has been a good experience. They have done a couple of jobs for me and it has always been good. Their pricing is good since they are cheaper than the other companies.

Our grass improved after we started using them. The guy seems really helpful and the customer service. We will probably use them again. I have interested with them.

They did a great job. Got here when they said they would and the pricing was very reasonable. They were quick, we called them, they did an estimate and did the job at the end of the week.

Very easy to work with. They came out did an assessment and gave us a quote. We were out of town when they did the aeration. A few weeks later, I saw my neighbor who said the aerators went onto their property and sliced their invisible fence for their dog. Did not sound like they were too happy. I never was told this happened. I would have thought the crew should have reported that back to me. We had no idea this happened until our neighbor mentioned it. I felt extremely bad and it did not sound like the crew was all too apologetic. As far as quality, it was good. I had a better, more complete overseeding from another company the previous year.

Great communication and excellent service from Paul and the company. Would recommend to anyone needing this type of service.

Both appointments we have had with Patriot have gone great. Their team has shown up on time and when they said they would, and the work is done at a high quality level. No complaints.

Technician explained what he was going to do prior to starting. (2nd fall treatment: Fertilizer, Weed treatment as per agreement/program.) After applying the fertilizer, he observed that I had planted some grass to fill in some bare spots since their last visit and explained that the herbicide used might stunt or kill the new grass. He also asked about a weed issue I had had prior to starting their service and observed that I really didn't need a weed treatment this time. He was correct and I was happy to agree with him. I had originally called Patriot because they had done a good job on my neighbor's lawn and I am happy with the results on my own lawn. I intend to renew my service contract with them for next year.

My lawn has never looked better since Patriot has taken over the care of my lawn, I also use another company for "weed & seed" but am considering switching all services over to Patriot.
