The cost was astronomical compared to competitors--and the serviceman had an "I-don't-care" kind of attitude. He seemed inflexible about my request to move the garbage disposal to the other side of the sink and replace the garbage disposal at the same time. We had him here for an estimate, and even though we paid through the nose just to have him look at it, we decided it wasn't worth the full cost. We just didn't trust that he cared enough to do a good job. We went with another company. UPDATE: Thanks to Parrish for finding this review and refunding me my estimate cost. That's great customer service on the back end.

Hi, [Members Name]. Thanks for taking the time to write a review. I'm sorry you chose another provider to perform the work. However, we do have a no-risk estimate guarantee in place. If someone pays for us to come out for an estimate and they have a different licensed provider do the work, we offer 110% (that's not a typo!) of the money back. In your case, you actually purchased a Priority Service Plan when you placed your call. So the estimate was free, but you're still entitled to priority service, no trip charges when you need service, an annual plumbing safety inspection for your entire home, and up to 15% discount off repairs. Since you haven't had the service performed, you can cancel your agreement and have your money refunded. If you want to keep your agreement, be sure and give us a call to schedule your check! We can be reached at 703 330 5748 or csr@parrishservices.com. If you want to cancel, just give our billing office a call at 703 656 2036 or email them at billing@parrishservices.com. We want to make sure your satisfied no matter which option you choose. Thanks!

Not so good at first, but they came around and I am happy. Sent me a flyer offering a good deal.? Called to schedule, they were fully booked, so we tried another date, but the price was much higher due to the "special" being over. Tried calling back the next day, and got the same result.?? Asked them to escalate to mgt. to see if they could make good on the offer. I wanted the better price.? Took longer than it should have to hear back, but they made good on the offer, and took care of me. I have used this company for the past 9 years on our condo (7 of which it has been a rental property)? They almost lost me there, but I am glad they figured it out and kept me as a customer, cause they do provide quick and reliable service that I have relied on for a long time now.

Whew! That was close... We're happy you let us know something was wrong and we were able to take care of the problem. A lot of things can go wrong in our business, and we're certainly far from perfect. But we pride ourselves on making things right, and we're happy we were able to get things worked out for your service. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know and to repost when we stepped up. Thanks!!!

Given the response and the way this company decides to handle new potential customers, I do not recommend this company.
Description of Work: Before of this company. I submitted a simple request for a quote for a ceiling fan where there is no existing light. I get response almost 2 days later stating there would be a $106.00 charge for a "trip fee" for an estimate or I could sign up with one of their maintenance agreement. Besides the outrageous charge for a quote, why would I pay for a service plan from a company that I have never used? I will make sure on my friends and family are aware of the way this company does business.

Thank you for your feedback. We are always interested in hearing what our prospective customers have to say. Unfortunately, your request was not, in fact, "simple." Had this been a replacement, we would have been happy to give you a price over the phone. However, you alerted us to the fact you did not have an existing fixture, and this precluded us giving a simple answer. Given there is no existing fixture, we would have had to verify the loads at the breaker panel and potentially run a new circuit. So not only would an onsite inspection be required, but it would require the work of a licensed, trained electrician. As we do not dispatch electricians for free, we described other options, including promotions, which could have accomplished your objective of getting a price while saving you money. Parrish Services is on Angie's List because we do quality work, we stand behind our work, we offer outstanding service, and we do our work for a competitive price; we do not offer the work of skilled tradesmen for free. As for the response time, your request came via Angie's List, and those requests are not forwarded to businesses. As a result, the request was handled the next business day. We offer emergency service 24x7x365, and our phones are staffed live Mon-Sat 8a-8p and Sundays 10a-2p. Anyone requiring immediate service is urged to contact us directly by calling 703-330-5748, going to our website [hyperlink removed] and submitting a request for service, or emailing us at csr@parrishservices.com. Thank you again.

The information below is from an A Rated Angie's List Provider who worked at my home and installed the check value in the Zoeller Sump Pump as well as a back-up sump pump in my basement. I know for a fact that the "expert" that Parrish stated has worked on pumps exclusively didn't pull the pump out to see if there was a check value installed on it because I watched him install the check value. The plumbing check was just that. We were not told that the sump pump was not performing right. We were told that we needed a check valve because we didn't have one and it could create a problem. I'm not the "expert" so we allowed him to add the check valve. An "expert" would have done their due diligence and realized that not only was there a check value on the Zoeller but there was one on the Back-Up Sump pump as well. I want to expose Parrish for their false statements and lack of professionalism. Below please see two emails from my "A rated Angies List Provider. One email comes from the office and the other from the Technican who actually did the install and the service check and told me that the exterior check value was unnecessary. The first one is located on the main sump pump and the second is on the battery back up sump pump. It has been my experience that a inline check valve installed after these two are not necessary and I have had issues with the battery back up pump not discharging properly with an extra check valve. We appreciate the opportunity to resolve a dispute. We would like to address several of the points made in this review. The facts are: 1. In 2012, Parrish performed a plumbing check and found a problem with a sump pump; it was not performing as designed, and the basement could have flooded without this repair. (Of note, the technician dispatched on this call happens to be a pump expert - he had worked for years on nothing BUT pumps.) The technician made the homeowner aware of the problem and was authorized to make the repair. 2. In 2014, we were told by the homeowner that another company (the same company who installed the pump without the proper check valves) said the work wasn't necessary. The homeowner then complained to Parrish saying they wanted a refund. Even though the work had clearly been previously authorized, we still wanted to help the homeowner understand the need. We have tried without success to explain to the homeowner about the sump pump configuration, the relevant code, and why the repair was necessary. 3. We have maintained the repair was necessary, so perhaps we could be described as unapologetic. However, we record all our phone calls for quality and training purposes, so we are able to verify the homeowner ended the call. 4. Lastly, the homeowner called Parrish and cancelled all agreements and pending appointments. They then called later and asked for everything to be reinstated. At that time, we reviewed the account information and determined we are not in a position to meet the requirements of this customer. Rather than disappoint, we opted to keep the contracts cancelled. We refunded any money due based upon payments made year to date and services performed, and we prepared a detailed accounting for the homeowner. We offer this level of detail in response to the public statements, but it would be inappropriate for us to comment further about a specific client situation. Thank you.

We have been Parrish Services customers for years. Up until this point, we have been very satisfied with their service. But on January 6, 2014, our opinion changed. Our furnace was old and died on that date. Temperatures outside were in the single digits. The company sent a technician to try to repair the furnace. He said that it was old and that we needed a new furnace. He presented us with various types of furnace options. Since we are senior citizens, we wanted a good furnace that would not have to be replaced in our lifetimes. So we decided on a $10,000 top-of-the-line system so that all would be new and under warranty. The technician, who seemed to be more of a slick salesman, took our down payment of $5,000. From that moment on, all went downhill. It took numerous phone calls, installers, and technicians to get our new system properly installed and working at which point we completed the payment. There is not room on this page to revisit our nightmare. Finally after multiple (somewhere around 8 different technicians) adjustments, we have a working furnace. The new system makes loud gurgling noises that sound like someone is being water boarded in our basement, but we have not called about that worrisome development. We could not be more displeased with Parrish Services and their technicians. We feel certain that had we written a check for the full amount the begin with, we would still be trying to get some heat and humidity. We are looking for another company.

We were very upset to hear how unhappy the member was with our installation! Our HVAC manager worked with his team and the member to address all the concerns. We hope we've done a thorough job in addressing any and all concerns, but we're here to address ANY issues that may arise. Thank you!

I installed the hot water heater, but had a problem with the circulating pump piping arrangement. They sent out one of their lead plumbers and he re-piped it for the quoted price of $350. However, it still was not working right. So, he came out again and piped it a different way, which worked fine. The second trip was no charge. I appreciate that the problem was difficult, but he stuck to the original quote and made sure I was satisfied with what he did. Parrish and the plumber Luis are both very professional, reputable, and I will definitely use them for any future plumbing work.

My heat pump went out in 2006. I asked Parrish to fix the unit. The technician tried to get us to buy a new one but we couldn't afford it. He said he would order parts for our existing one and it would take a couple weeks to come in. We waited in the middle of July with a brand new baby and NO A/C FOR TWO WEEKS!!! When I called to ask when they were coming to install the new parts, Parrish had no record of the tech's visit. The tech said he could get the parts and we needed a new unit. Funny, we never got a call saying he couldn't get the parts! He had someone else install a subpar unit and I paid over a $1000. I was very unhappy but could not get management to do anything about it. Do NOT use these guys. They are unscrupulous and only want to sell you a new unit.

Yes, we did service this home in 2006. We were dispatched by the owner's home warranty company and were at the mercy of both that home warranty company and the manufacturer (York) to wait for parts. That kind of wait is not uncommon when a part fails in the middle of summer. We urge our regular service agreement customers to have preventive maintenance performed in the spring for exactly this reason. In this case, we offered the homeowner a new installation of a comparable unit because it was quicker than waiting for the aforementioned part. I'm sorry we weren't able to do all this work quickly enough to satisfy this customer.

Not only did Parrish overcharge us enormously, they did not fix the problem and aren't responding to our phone calls. They initially repaired a cracked refrigerant line inside our almost new Trane heat pump, which fixed the main problem but apparently caused subsequent problems. At the second service call the Parrish tech said it needed a new capacitor switch relay. When the part finally came in (trying to find out when it would arrive and be replaced was a saga - terrible customer service) and got replaced, the problem wasn't fixed. The tech tried one more thing and when that didn't fix it he gave up and said he couldnt figure it out and the problem must be in our house wiring. I requested a different tech and they said they'd send a different tech but the same guy showed up & couldnt figure it out. Ten days later they left a message on my machine saying they could schedule an electrician to come check out our house wiring (for an exorbitant fee I presume, based on all my other dealings with Parrish). I gave up on Parrish and had another company come diagnose the problem, which they did quickly. A fried contactor was replaced and now a bad pressure switch was found, which I'm told likely would have have been due to the unit running with no refrigerant. Parrish should have known to check the pressure switch since it's on the refrigerant line that cracked. Since the pressure switch replacement required evacuating the refrigerant we just paid an outrageous amount for, I called Parrish to see what they could do about the pressure switch. Repeated requests to speak with a manager have gone unanswered - a manager is never available when we call and they never call us back. I've now gotten Trane involved and will be filing a formal complaint about Parrish with them. I will most certainly never use Parrish Services again. By the way, Parrish supposedly charged us only for refrigerant (labor and parts were under warranty) and it was $1169. The other company charged us for labor plus refrigerant (same number of pounds) to replace the pressure switch and it was only $670. When I told the Trane representative how much Parrish charged us for refrigerant the response was "They charged how much?!"
Description of Work: Charged us an outrageous amount and didn't fix the heat pump. I called Parrish because the 18 month old heat pump, which they installed for the previous homeowner, wasn't working.

In the last days of October 2013, our renters informed us that the heating system at our townhouse didn’t work. We called Parrish Services and requested they come out and give us a quote. On November 1st a Parrish technician visited our townhouse and the total amount to fix the heating system totaled $1,068 dollars. Below is the description of detail of work on the service quote statement: "I found a bad draft motor and a bad hot surface igniter. We need to replace both parts for the heating system." Realizing we were facing a $1,000+ repair bill our renters were very understanding and offered to give us a couple of days to allow other companies the opportunity to provide us with additional repair quotes. Another heating and cooling company came out on November 4th and after seeing his quote, we were shocked. Below is the description in the service quote statement: "Removed birds from inducer. Replaced humidifier part. Furnace is old but still working properly at this time." The cost to have our heating system fixed totaled $124.95! In an effort to allow Parrish Services to explain their much higher priced quote and why they did not find the dead birds during their inspection, I called their customer service number, explained the situation and was told a manager would call me back and answer any questions I may have. After a week without a response, we called again. Once again we explained the situation to a Parrish representative and was told again that someone would call us back. To give Parrish plenty of time to respond to our phone calls, we decided to wait 30 days for a response. It’s been over 40 days and we have heard nothing. As a result of their unwillingness to explain their reasoning and to protect customers who are looking for an honest and professional heating and cooling company, we are submitting this review on Angie’s List. We also plan to submit a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. What is especially upsetting and concerning to us is that we had used Parrish Services as our primary heating and cooling company for years for our rentals and primary residence. During that time we have had routine maintenance, emergency maintenance and replaced cooling systems. Now, we question their quality of service, commitment to their customers and most of all – whether we even needed to do some of the work they suggested. If you decide to use them, go in with your eyes open and know you have been warned. We are very disheartened and disappointed and feel that we have been taken advantage of. OUR COMMENTS TO PARRISH's RESPONSE: 1. We identified that the heat was not working when we called. Maybe this is considered a heat check vs a service call. Personally to me that is simply nomenclature. As a customer, I wanted the heat up and running. 2. The part was NOT broken as their tech claimed but instead a dead bird in the flue was the cause of the problem. 3. Yes, they did get paid for the visit. The tenant ended up paying directly for their visit. 4. We called twice not once, and if they did call we had no voice messages on our cell phones, office numbers, or home number. Maybe they didn't leave a message or called the wrong number. The bottom line, the estimate to fix our furnace was over a $1000 while the second company fixed the problem quickly and for only $125. It is the easy argument that there was a lack of communication but in reality we were left questioning their service and pricing. We stand by our rating.
Description of Work: DO NOT use Parrish Services! Parrish Services is a heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical company located in Northern Virginia. We question their business ethics and quality of work to the point where we have decided to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Parrish Services provided a repair estimate on a heating system based on a home visit and a physical inspection of the heating equipment. Their cost was high and we decided for a second opinion. We visited the home to perform a heat check, not a service call. We could not perform the service because the parts had failed, so the tech made note of that issue. We did not continue the heat check and did not bill the customer. At the time of the service call in Nov 2013, Parrish had not been to the home for any service since May 2011, so the units had not been maintained (at least not by our staff). We do have a record of a complaint call on 11/4, and we made several attempts (11/4, 11/6, and 11/19) to contact this customer to discuss this complaint. Our phone calls went unanswered and our messages were not returned. We would be happy to discuss and resolve this problem - please feel free to contact us and ask for an HVAC service manager. Thank you!

It was November when our heat went out and they came out right away. They fist gave an estimate and the price was what we were expecting. I called and spoke to the front office and they were very apologetic about the mix up. They resolved it as quickly as they could. Overall, we were very pleased.

I have serious concerns about this company and believe they may be engaging in scam. The AC unit is only 4 years old and for the past 3 years I have been paying nearly $1000 each year for some problem that suddenly occurs with the unit after the company comes out to do the annual AC service. I've had a service plan with the company since 2010. Nearly every year they arrive, do the AC service, then a few weeks later there is some problem with the AC. This year I had the Ac inspection and there were no problems. A few weeks later, the AC is dripping a significant amount of water that is backing up into my house due to a blocked drain. I contacted PARRISH to come and service the unit immediately. The person at the co was reluctant to send anyone out since it was around 11pm even though they report to have a 24/7 emergency service. When I asked the PARRISH rep what I was supposed to do about the water flowing into my unit from the AC unit, his response was to put down towels. That was not acceptable, so I pushed him to send out a technician. The technical arrived an hour or so later and said the coil had a leak and that they would have to order the part, which was still under warranty. They would call me when the part was ready to schedule the installation. He blew air down the drain to unblock it. The next day I discovered the drain was not clear and had to call a plumber from another company to fix it. The issue was caused by some blockage outside, which he fixed. PARRISH never phoned to tell me the part was in; I had to contact them. The installation took several hours and was several hundreds of dollars over what was initially quoted to me. I called the company to complain and they told me the manager was out for the rest of the day and he would call me back the next day. He never did. Since I have noticed this pattern of yearly service then sudden problems, something is clearly not right and I will not be using PARRISH ever again.

Parrish Services called me to schedule a check up on my equipment, I found it odd initially that a different technician showed up, as all my previous appointments had been completed by a different tech. Upon reviewing the issues it was recommended that I replace my system, as it was going to need ever increasing maintenance (the unit was over 10 years old). However I speculate Parrish sent the different tech on the basis that I was likely due for a system change. Anyways I discussed the options with the tech and decided to have the unites replaced. He did some measurements. I was then called to schedule an appoint for more measurements. Following that appointment Parrish called to inform me that they once again needed to come measure the space. At this point I was becoming frustrated, as I had been clear with Parrish that I wanted to miss as little work as possible. Eventually Parrish came and cleaned my vents and installed the system as scheduled. The install crew was very nice, and left the space as clean as could be expected. Unfortunately although the AC worked perfectly the heat did not work properly, and I had to schedule another appointment to correct the issue. At this point Parrish sought to make yet another appointment during work hours, and I became less friendly. Eventually, although not immediately, Parrish agreed to schedule an after hours appointment, without charging an additional fee. I had hoped this would be the end of my experience with Parrish but unfortunately it was not. I had to contact them several times to schedule an inspection, and finally had an inspector complete the inspection, when he came for other work I was having preformed on my house. Finally the last thing that remained was to get the PEPCO rebates I was assured would be available for the new systems. However Parrish does not participate, and is unwilling to participate in the PEPCO program. Thus they cannot get the energy saving rebates from PEPCO. Due to the way in which the program works, I also could not submit the rebates paperwork myself. Parrish Services apologized for their inability to particpate, but made no effort to compensate me for the $300 I was assured I would be able to recievce. Unsurprisingly I have made arrangements for another service provider to do the maintenance on my new systems.
Description of Work: The provider replaced my furnace and the outdoor unit for my homes HVAC system.

I have used Parrish since 2002 and something is going terribly wrong with that company. When this problem is corrected I will look for a new company. When my system did a hard break and the est. was $3k to replace and repair it I decided to put that money against a new system. My dilemma was peak heat in this area so I didn't compete the new system. Wrong choice. Should have gone to a hotel and got a better unit. So far the system has been a nightmare beginning with installation. They had wires going all over the place and told me that Trane interior could not handle those internally. The fix. They sleeved them with black foam!!! next when I switched over to heat, it never got warm so the annual service guy determined the wiring was incorrect and when i set the thermostat to heat, it kicked in the A/C. Now when I turn on A/C I am getting heat. They have been to my house holding me hostage for 2 days and replaced the thermostat and nothing is working correctly. I am impatiently waiting for the Manager to call me today. If not fixed I am asking to have it removed and will find a Carrier Dealer. I DO NOT recommend purchasing anything from this company, EVER.
Description of Work: Told me old unit would cost $3k to repair. Installed new unit which to date is not operating correctly.

A tech came out and looked at our Heat Pump and our A/C units because we are having issues with both. He told our warranty company that he did a visual inspection of our evaporator coil for the AC unit and found a hole that had leaked 75% of my Freon out of the system. The problem is he never opened my air handler to look/visually inspect at the coil. How could he see a hole in the evaporator without opening it? He must have x-ray vision. He also stated he could not perform a leak test because the compressor unit wasn't in running condition. Funny, both my units are running now, but they just don't cool well. Our own company came out and looked at the unit with the "bad compressor" and stated it is the reversing valve, not the compressor. Parrish also stated the wires on my reversing valve are burnt and they are not. This company does some shady work in my experience.

Background We just moved into our new house and just a month later our AC went out. After three contractors tried to fix the unit, we called Parrish on a neighbors recommendation. The service tech diagnosed the problem quickly and provided us with a range of options from repair to replace. At no time was there a heavy sales pitch or hard sell. Just real options and the associated costs. My wife and I decided to replace as the units were older and we wanted some peace of mind. We received three other quotes from other vendors and Parrish Prices were very competitive. Install day: Two install crews came out (one for upper system and one for lower system). They worked all day in blazing hot sun (and in the attic) with humidity over 90%. The crew showed up on time and worked the entire day with out a single complaint. They were professional, courteous, and tirelessly worked to complete the install on time. Once completed, they took extra time to explain the system and all of its capabilities. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the system and the quality of the work performed by these gentlemen. Special note: During the installation, the techs put down protective sheeting on our hardwood floors to prevent scratching as the units were being brought into the house. This sheeting is specifically designed to protect hardwood floors. For some reason, when the installers were pulling up the protective sheeting it removed some of the finish on our floors. This was not the installers fault but rather a defect in the protective sheeting. Like true professionals, they took full responsibility for it. In fact, they immediately notified the owner and he personally came to my house to inform me of the incident. The owner also said that he would "do what ever it takes to make the situation right". To my surprise, we had to refinish the entire floor to correct the problem. With out missing a beat Parrish Services cut a very large check to resolve the problem. This kind of commitment to quality and customer satisfaction will keep me as a customer and we will always recommend them to our friends and neighbors (and anyone else reading this review).

The guys are very knowledgeable. They do always advertise a new product. However, they do a great job. They are not the cheapest but they technicians are good. They show me what they are doing and explain the work. Their technicians continue to improve. They call ahead and show up in the time they say they will. If they get stuck in a previous job, they will call to reschedule.

Around June 5th, we noticed that our AC Unit had frozen up causing it to shut down automatically after water was detected in our drain pan. We called Parrish to come out and take a look at our unit and fix the problem under our 5 year warranty agreement. While our unit was only a year and a half old, there was initially some confusion with customer service about whether or not we had purchased a 1 year vs. 5 year agreement. Once that issue was resolved, we were scheduled to have someone take a look at our unit the next day. The first technician arrived 15 minutes after the designated time window, inspected the unit, and realized that she would not be able to fix the issue (refrigerant leak) because she did not have the proper brazing tools to repair the line. We were scheduled to have another technician (with the proper tools) come out to our house the following day, but they failed to show up in the scheduled time window for our appointment because they were busy on other calls. By the third appointment time, we were finally able to get someone to show up and complete the job which turned out to be caused by an improperly brazed joint during installation - luckily we had the 5 year warranty and this was covered. While most of the people we talked to at Parrish were nice and genuinely concerned about our issue, I really think they just did not have enough experienced technicians on hand to cover all of the service calls during this time period. Considering that this was during a very cool week of late spring, I can't imagine how busy they are during the dog days of summer. If Parrish Services were able to hire more service technicians and perhaps offer better training to their customer service employees, I think they would be in much better shape!
Description of Work: Parrish Services repaired our 1 1/2 year old A/C unit that was under warranty (originally purchased from and installed by Parrish Services).

After three failed attempts by Parrish to fix our AC leaks, we finally went to another company who found the root of the problem and actually fixed it. So in the end, it took us 4 months to get our AC fixed, in a very hot summer. Let's just say a ridiculous experience. On top of the poor performance, every time they came out here (always 4-7 days after we called), they told us they would prioritize our calls if we bought a contract with them on top of our warranty. And to add to our frustration, they have a man working in their customer service department who is unbelievably rude. I was almost shocked by some of the things he said. When I asked questions about something he said, he would just repeat what he had said previously. It was really appalling. Beware this company--it will only cause you heartache, time, and money.
Description of Work: Attempted to fix three leaks in the outside AC condensing unit (problem ended up being a bad part that caused the leaks, which they didn't find)

The repaired unit still not functioning properly. Their estimates are NOT HONEST. They add allot of non-sense "modification" and "recovery" fees to pad their repair bill. Many of their repair staff are not professional. They keep on calling their office for help on what needs to be done.

The technician said that prior technician (also from Parrish Services) had recommended and installed a furnace filter that was the wrong size (too small), and so lots of dust and debris was getting into the furnace. He offered that for a couple hundred dollars Parrish Services would be willing to vacuum it out for me. !!! Multiple calls to speak with a manager when unreturned. Service is extremely unreliable.

Be aware!!!!!!! I have AHS warranty and parish came to give me a second opinion on why my AC was not cooling well. They sent their top technician SCOTT Gilmore. He came and checked everything and said all is well with a unit and despite what United Air recommendation I do not need any freon. BUT.... He said that " I have mold on my inside unit and coil and furness". He showed me some blurry pics and gave me a full lecture on how dangerous this is for me and my 2 little kids. He offered a solution by installing a UVC light to kill the mold at a cost of $1600. However if I do it right there and then then he could drop it to $1400. Needless to say I got very scared. I asked him if he could clean it and then I could install it later cause $1400/$1600 is a lot of money. He said no he has to do all in same day. I decided to research this a and told him I will contact him later. Same day I called an old tech I worked with before and asked him to come and see and give me another estimate. He came the next day and by then my AC, that Scott had checked and had NO issues except mold, had stopped working. So when my tech came we had to shut down the system to let it de-ice before he could do anything. The next day he came back and realized that my freon was low and I had NO mold anywhere to be found. I paid this guy $75 for the check and called AHS. I told them the issue and they suggested we ask United Air to come back and add freon. United Air sent in a great tech. He added one pound of freon and checked they system for mold again. Nothing was fund...... I had my air ducts cleaned by Sears today and they also confirmed NO mold. That why I decided to do this report. The Tech from PARISH was a scammer. He told me he will send me a service ticket via email with his findings before he left. He NEVER did. I usually never take the time to do reports because I think in this bad economy no one should lose their job. But Scott deserves it. He was willing to take $1400 from me and the mouth of my kids for something that was not needed while making me scared about the health of my kids. Not cool man. Not cool at all.
