GOT MY KITCHEN REMODELED AND THEY PUT NEW DRYWALL UP. THAT TOOK CARE OF MOUSE PROBLEM.

We've been using Terminix for 5-6 years but they only have been bought by Orkin this past year. They are pretty good at customer service. When they are not going to be able to get in and do both and they are only going to be able to do the outside then they will work with us to get a quick follow up so they can do the inside part. They're flexible and they know people have lives and other commitments and I like that because a lot of places say, "You're not home so we'll just do the outside." and I will call them to say, "I'm not paying just for the outside. I'm paying for both." They are really good about making sure that you get your money's worth and being thorough and keeping up with the pressure on the bugs because we had termites in the house when we got here. We uncovered them and once we got rid of them, we had the preventative treatment and so we haven't had any come back. They're not perfect, they are human but I find them to be A-B material. I have never price shopped for this. I have no any idea if we are doing great or not. I feel that I'm getting good value so I'm okay with the price. When it comes to responsiveness, they are very good. Our daughter used to live in the house and she would see an ant or two and we get them out here and they come by usually the next day and they take care of those. The guy who has been treating the house especially the one doing the pests is super. Occasionally, he has something come up and we are not left hanging. If he is not going to be here when he said he is going to be, he's out in front of it, he's calling us, telling us about the conflict and he'll work it out on an alternative day so it's really good.

They were very good, all of the people that came were very nice. The person that comes out for pest control all of the time, he is very nice. I would recommend them.

We signed up for a one year contract. The pests were gone after the second treatment after my husband found the nest not Orkin. We had a contract but for the last 3 or 4 treatments the tech never came inside the home only treated the 10ft in the front of our home. He left a note saying he was there and to call him to set up a time when he could come inside. We paid every time and when it came to the second to last treatment I contacted Orkin stating I did not want the service anymore and asked how to cancel contract. The Orkin rep advised that there was nothing to do I had to receive the last treatment, but since the contract was up in December and we expressed we no longer wanted to continue contract to just let it expire and it would not renew. Since then the tech came out after the contract was over and they are demanding payment. We refused because we did not ask for the service and contacted them 60 days prior to the end of the contract to cancel. We have called the office numerous times to get the bills and harassment to stop but they haven't. We called HQ and they said it would be easier to pay it than to get it resolved. Ridiculous and illegal. Don't use this company!

I highly recommend this company. As a retired Army Sergeant Major I'm very particular about how things are done and they performed up to Army standards, Job well done.

Failure! Again, techinician would just show up to do the perimeter of the house, did the inside once and Orkin continually charged us for half service. Never recevied any positive customer service from them.

They are very good. Thorough, reliable, and they send the same technician every time. He is excellent, and I am comfortable having him in my home. They come back if I have any problems.

Orkin is an old standard company, and they are very reliable. They come when they say they are going to come, and do what they say they are going to do. Their prices aren't that bad.

I would give them good grades. I would use them again.

They are fine; I have been using them for years and have not had any problems. They give me a two hour window for when they are coming and that is okay with me. I will use them again in the future.

They are prompt, their prices are reasonable, and I have not had any problems with pest.

My husband chose to go with them. The overall experience was good. Their price was a little too high.

I have been using them for the last 12 years. They have great technicians. I get to deal with the same person who knows my home. They do not have a lot of turnover there.

They were great. They were on time, efficient, and professional. They sent the same employee each time. I would recommend their services.

I have no problems with their service. However, it seems that they change workers frequently.

The workers from Orkin are good. I like that they call every time before they come and spray. They come and spray on schedule. I'm in a contract with them so it's continual. They spray my lawn every month. I have no complaints about them and I plan on continuing with them.

After 12 months and $553, I have the same problem with exterior ants as when I started. So this service is a waste of money. While they advertise that they will do interior service, for the first 3 visits, I was at home and the technician never bothered to let me know he was here so that I could get the interior spraying done. In one instance, they were here during pouring rain -- which makes me wonder about the effectiveness of the service. To cap it off, the contract says in very small print (that the sales person did not point out) that it is renewed automatically after one year - and they do not notify you of this fact. All together, it was a very disappointing service from a well-known national company.

We have used Orkin for years. We started when we first bought our home 10+ years ago, and it was filled with bugs. The regular service keeps the bugs away, and on the rare occasions when we have had bug problems in between services, they come in and do what it takes to take care of the problem at no additional charge. The technicians are very friendly and helpful. They are probably a little on the expensive side, but I'm happy with them overall.

When I first contracted this company in 2003 I had a new house and many pest problems. The technicians were inexperienced. As time passed the service improved, the pests began to disappear and I have had the same terrific technician, Sheila M, for the last two years. She understands my needs and does not rush just to get to the next job. I appreciate that.

I THINK THEY ARE AN EXCELLENT COMPANY. THE SERVICES PROVIDED WAS GREAT. ANY TIME THAT I NEED THEM THEY ARE ALWAYS WILLING TO COME AND THERE IS NO EXTRA CHARGE EVERYTHING IS PROVIDE IN OUR CONTRACT.

THERE WAS A TIME THAT WE WERE HAVING TROUBLE WITH A REPRESENTATIVE, BUT THEY HAVE BEEN SENDING SOMEONE ELSE OUT AND WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY OTHER PROBLEMS. SO FAR THEY HAVE BEEN DOING A GOOD JOB.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY ARE VERY NICE and COURTEOUS. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE COMPANY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS AS WELL. I HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THE COMPANY.

I FEEL THAT THE PRICE WAS OUT OF LINE AS THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDED DID NOT RID ALL OF THE PESTS AS PROMISED. THEY ARE NO LONGER PROVIDING TOTAL PEST CONTROL FOR ME. I USE ANOTHER COMPANY.

I THINK THEY ARE A GOOD COMPANY, THEY COME IN AND SPRAY AND WE DON'T GET BUGS. THERE IS NOTHING I DISLIKE ABOUT THEM. I THINK THEIR PRICES COULD BE BETTER BUT I'M HAPPY WITH THEM.
