They did an excellent job, they we're very efficient and professional.

This company was suggested by our insurance company. I was hesitant because of the reviews, but I was assured by the owner they would do a good job. We had two areas of damage in the ceiling, and also a couple of old cracks. They did a superior job on the drywall, fixing the old cracks, repairing the damaged area and securing the rest of the ceiling that was sagging due to age. They also painted three adjoining rooms and did a wonderful job. They protected the floor and furniture, and did a great job with the painting and trim work. Paint job was even and we were very pleased with the results. They also worked quickly, patching one day and completed painting the next. Freddy did a great job.

The painters were terrible. There was one day the left at noon, left the back sliding door open, never said they were leaving. It was hours before we realized they had left the door open, which was only noticed when our a/c seemed to not be working (80+ degree day). Their paint job is terrible, drips everywhere and uneven spots on the walls as if they had spackled yet there were no holes in the wall that needed fixing. When the carpet was installed, the new baseboards were dented and when I pointed it out to the project manager, he first argued that the dent was there before (which I had to prove to him wasn't the case with pictures). His solution to this problem was to paint over the dent. The baseboard was never replaced by them despite the damage they caused.

Some of the workers liked the Spanish music and they would sing when they would paint. So they were content. Initially we were not looking at adding new skylights but the estimator noted the old skylights leaked and they had a good price so we had them replaced at no cost for labor. We did get an amount from the insurance company and they did agreed to accept that. I thought the price was reasonable and it seemed a good price considering the amount of work that had to be done. They were accommodating and waited until September to start the work and finished the work when they said they would. I would definitely use them again if needed.
