they were very professional at what they do, the work was performed timely and effectively. The owner Mr. Eric Bradley came to our house and personally explained how the process was going to go. Mr. Moises Garcia took the fight with the insurance adjuster and got our claim approved and all the work was managed by him, he personally came and inspected the job after it was done and made sure our needs were fulfilled.

The company was very responsive and did a great job on the work. The company did a great job on the getting the big work done, but when it came to some of the finer details of the work, they took a little longer than expected. Overall the company was great and our job site supervisor Jhonatan Zelaes was extremely helpful and responsive to my needs and questions.

They were very good on time and very professional I would hire them again and recommend them.

NVB did an outstanding job repairing my roof. I called in the morning and spoke with Eric, the owner of the company. He promised to have someone come out and take a look the same day or he would do it himself. Turns out he came himself and was able to quickly determine the extent of the repairs needed, and was able to do them on the spot. I would absolutely recommend this company for repairs or roof replacement.

Brandle Golladay from NVB did an outstanding job. He was very responsive, curteous, punctual for appointments, stayed within the agreed budget, and performed all the work on time and with high quality. We first contacted NVB to replace the roof, siding etc after a hailstorm. They did such a good job that we hired them again for the garage renovation. We would highly recommend Brandle and his crew from NVB.

The entire experience with NVB was great. After the hail storm came through we were literally getting people knocking on our door with offers to "look for any damage on our roof for free" which seemed incredibly shady. I found NVB on Angies list and gave them a call. Brandle came and reviewed the insurance adjusters estimate and agreed so we decided to work with NVB. They ended coming a few weeks earlier than expected which was great. It was incredibly hot at that time and the guys worked tirelessly on the roof. When finished the work area was spotless...no debris and no signs that our roof had just been replaced. It was fantastic. I would highlight the last part about not have any debris. Many many many of our neighbors went with companies that came door to door. To this day, they are still finding nails in their yard, debris in their trees, etc... We haven't had ANY of that with NVB. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Superb in every aspect. Had hail damage to my home. They provide not only the highest quality materials and workmanship, they provided services that no competitor could match. For instances, they worked to get my entire set of shutters replaced at no cost, they provided roof ridges, new attic fans and upgrades to roof materials that their competitors only offered to do at thousands of dollars more. They did excellent job as the general contractor as well, they coordinated with the company that provided my specialty gutters, scheduled their gutter installation activities and handled their invoicing requirements, something no other contractor offered to do. . NVB provide personal and exceptional communication at all phases of the project. They are family owned and take pride in providing that extra service. . Truly a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

Excellent. It would have gone faster except for our insurance company which caused multiple delays. Mr. Bradley was very thorough and patient in his explanation about what needed to be done, why it needed it to be done, and how the insurance company didn't consider NVB's estimate in detail. Essential repairs were left out of the insurance company's initial response to NVB's estimate. It took too much time on our part and NVB's part to come to a final agreement. It was a real education for us about dealing with insurance companies. Mr. Bradley was a pro in walking us through it; very patient and forthright.

They did a great job. I was very pleased with Eric that came out to make the assessments. They cleaned up thoroughly.

Easy to work with; came a week earlier than expected to do the work--replaced entire roof in 2 1/2 days! Communication was great throughout the entire process. Eric was outstanding! Roof looks great and should be there for another 30 years! Thanks NVB!!

Good job. Jhonatan came promptly at the time agreed and surveyed what needed to be done. Took pictures of problem areas and provided a written estimate of the work. They came back the next day and completed the task. Jhonatan took pictures of the completed work. I'm very pleased.

I needed my roof repaired as a requirement for my home inspection and I was on a very tight schedule. Eric was great! He was available immediately. He fixed everything at a reasonable price and in the time I needed it. He also provided pictures of the work to give back to the buyers. He was very knowledgeable and answered any questions that I had. I was very impressed with Eric and his work. He was very nice and patient with me especially with addressing all of my concerns. Very satisfied customer!!

The company did an excellent job in every phase of the project beginning with the original estimate, dealing with the insurance company and completing the roof installation.

Although the company was exceptionally timely in responding to my email, and came out immediately to examine our roof, I never heard back from the company after the visit. The gentleman was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me verbal information on their financing plans. I let him know that I was getting additional estimates, and that I was looking at September to schedule the work. I was told I was going to receive an estimate via my email. Never heard back.

It went great. They came when scheduled and completed the repairs. We have since recieved estimates for additional work and will use them for other home improvements in the future. I highly recommend this family-run company.

After the 3 feet of snow in Winter 2016, we noticed internal leaking in our home that pointed to a compromised roof. We contacted NVB to assist us with an insurance-claim estimate and repair. Every step of the process was professionally handled, politely done, and explained thoroughly to our satisfaction. We were assisted through every step of the process. All questions, no matter how small or silly, were fielded and explained. Everyone was prompt, had a professional and competent look and demeanor, and did excellent work, exactly as promised. The owner made a couple of extra recommendations that were affordable and sensible (he was not up-selling us just to squeeze a buck out of it.) He explained all the reasons in detail, and we had veto power if we had wished it. The interior repairs actually looked nicer than the rooms originally did! You cannot even see a single flaw in either ceiling now. Everyone was gentle with our belongings (some we moved aside, some were delicate or antiques). They were in and out for the room repair in a day. We had no issues being able to communicate clearly and correctly with the owners, insurance people, or repair workers.

They were professional, honest, and upfront about all details. They made a commitment to service my roof before the next rain and fulfilled their commitment; down-to-earth guys who do a good work.

Having spent 8 years in the construction/home repair industry, I can say NVB are the kind construction professionals you want to work with. They focused on what I needed,and were very practical in their recommendations. Their comment "If it isn't leaking leave it alone." They were responsive to get the work scheduled, quick to get the job done, and after they completed the work they reviewed their effort to determine if their quote was appropriate. While their original quote was in line with what I heard from another contractor, things went better than expected and they charged me a little less than their quote. After they finished, they cleaned up and showed me pictures of the work.

Eric Bradley is extremely courteous and professional. I felt he was honest and upfront about what he would do - I didn't get the sense that he was trying to 'nickel and dime' me. The crew did a phenomenal job and cleaned up the work site very well. The roof looks fantastic!!!! The cost was reasonable for all the work done. I will definitely use this company again for future projects.

Roofing and siding replacement went great. They showed up when expected, did the job right, updated insulation boards under roof, replaced roof and siding with color and design we selected, upgraded roof to better quality than before. They also took care of insurance paperwork and waived the deductible. All in all an excellent job, done in a friendly and professional manner. Very satisfied and recommend highly to everyone. Charlie and Eric were both great in keeping us updated on progress and handling the details with insurance company.

Eric Bradley, Project Manager, was scheduled to provide an estimate for repairing a leak in our roof. Eric identified the most likely problem as flashing that was not properly secured. As the issue was minor he was able to make the repair at a lower cost by doing it immediately and not having to send out a team on a different day. Eric also did a cursory look at the entire roof and identified a problem with the flashing on my chimney that I was not aware of. I will definitely contact NVB in the future when I need to have additional roof work done.

This is a wonderful company to work with. From beginning to end everyone from the owner down to the lowliest worker was responsive to our needs and desires. The work crew is competent and efficient, and cleaned every speck do debris from our yard. Their prices are very competitive. They use quality materials, and the end result is beautiful to behold. I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you guys!
