Great. Professional, courteous & cleaned up after work was done. We also used them to check out a leak we were having. No idea where the water was coming from. It wasn’t from the roof. It turned out to be from a bathroom vent. They repaired it & sding that had to be redone.?No leaks!!!!

The work was completed on time and at a great cost. We were very happy with the customer service and Eric Bradley went above and beyond to accommodate us.

NVB Did a fantastic job! They responded quickly and helped us with a water leak that damaged our ceiling, doors and walls. They were able to quickly restore the house even better than before. We sincerely appreciated their quick response and help throughout the entire process.

NVB Contracting replaced our roof and all was fine UNTIL THEY PICKED UP THE FINAL CHECK. The roof started leaking about two months after they were paid. It took over 6 months for them to come out a look at the problem - and only after repeated promises to show up (and not showing). They finally showed up after I threatened legal action; their guy confirmed that, yes, the roof is leaking and, yes, they need to fix it. That was two weeks ago and I'm still waiting on them to schedule a date to fix. Obviously, a company that schedules and repairs roofs as its business doesn't need two weeks to schedule. If your job goes perfectly, you will love this company. If you run into an issue after you give them the final check, you'll be here writing a similar review.

This company conned me into signing a contract to repair my roof when there was minimal damage (a loose shingle), then they conned the insurance company into approving a $16,000 roof repair and then sued me to collect the money even though NO work was ever done (no materials bought) because I said I would let them know when I was ready (there was no timeframe on the contract). I have since had 3 professional roof inspections and the highest estimate of work needing to be done is $300. Beware of this company. I am currently in court with them. They will screw the little guy because they are a big company.

I used NVB contracting for a new roof, some new windows, and new gutters. They helped me to get money through my insurance company for the roof and to repaint some of the inside of my house. The work done was top quality. The people who worked on my house were very professional. My project manager was Frank and he was very responsive and helpful. I plan to use NVB again for my next home project.

They were good, answered all my question, helped with the insurance company, professional, and did a good job.

NVB was excellent to deal with from start to finish. Our roof was severely damaged in a wind storm, and Willie Gomez was a fantastic resource. He helped us through the process, and was always very professional, informative, timely, and helpful. The roof was completed very quickly, we had zero issues with any part of the process. NVB's crew did a great job on my roof. They showed up on a Saturday which I requested, got a very early start, and finished by noon. They did a great job on the roof, and not only did they clean up my yard, but they made sure to clean up both of my neighbors yards as well. The roof looks great! Can't be happier.

We are pleased with NVB Contracting overall. We called them based on a referral from a neighbor who had an excellent experience with them. NVB helped us work with our insurance company, met the adjuster at our house and ensured that he saw the wind damage that they had found, and agreed to do the repair work for the compensation our insurance company decided on. They took photos of everything before they did the work. The process of selecting our new shingles and other materials was very easy, and I understand from friends in the business that we got quality materials. When the work was completed it was done well. The roof was removed and replaced in one day. The one negative is around clean up. A month later I find a few roofing nails in the yard and some misc old shingle and roof paper debris that comes from gutters, bushes and trees. Not a large amount and I hear from others that had their roofs replaced this is normal. For the approximate estimate the roof surface area is 2942 or 29.42 squares.

NVB Contracting did a wonderful job! The new roof and gutters are perfect. Eric Bradley was informed, professional and patient with the whole process. He answered my many questions calmly and knowledgeably. He was always available to answer my calls and made frequent trips to my home about the job. Before and after photos were taken and shared with me. The roofers worked very hard and did a great job! I highly recommend NVB Contracting!

My wife and I have had a wonderful experience with NVB Contracting LLC. We've had many roofing companies approach us over our time in our house; however, NVB's professionalism has been top-notch, far exceeding their competition. We've never felt as though we were being prodded to "find" something wrong with our roof. Rather, their inspection was thorough and honest, and their communication throughout the entire process was clear, efficient, and effective. I appreciate them taking the time to walk us through everything in the entire process, it has really been a pleasant experience. We would recommend them to anyone who needs roof repairs or a roof replacement.

We highly recommend NVB Contracting. After a hailstorm, our whole roof had to be replaced. We had our insurance company inspect our roof for storm damage and the insurance company approved the replacement before we signed a contract with NVB. Working with NVB has been a great experience from start to finish. Willie Gomes is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He explained every step and detail of the process and handled all the paperwork with the insurance. Throughout the process he was in touch regularly to keep us informed. The whole crew was also very professional. The new roof is beautiful. We got a great new roof for very little out of pocket.

Willie went above and beyond. We had a tight schedule and once the papers were signed our roof was done within the week. They did a great job protecting our property and cleaning up afterwards. Highly recommend.

We contacted NVB to respond to a portion of our roof coming off in a recent storm. They came right away and made a quick repair. They then inspected our roof, gutters, and windows and found even more damage from a previous storm. They worked with our insurance company and we ended up getting a whole new roof with minimal cost to us. Throughout the whole process they were very professional, they cleaned up any messes they made, and our roof looks great!

Very professional and capable. They were great not only in terms of the actual roof replacement, but also in dealing with the insurance company since this was a homeowner's insurance claim. Would highly recommend.

This review cannot yet speak to the quality of the replacement yet, once that is completed I'll update this. What I can vouch for is how responsive and helpful NVB's Derick has been. Some roofers didn't immediately get back to us or reply at all. NVB responded on the same day. Once we met he presented some options that were available to us for financing. One of these was making a claim against our home insurance. Based on the photos he provided that demonstrated obvious creasing of our roof we felt this route made sense. Derick was punctual every step of the way and even anticipated that the claims adjuster would be early! The pricing was fair and met similar quotes that we had already received. We plan on proceeding with NVB because of this professionalism.

Was expecting a roof repair but after an NVB inspection (next day after contacting them) they advised me to get our insurance company involved since there was more damage than was visible from the ground. Sure enough insurance company came out and agreed to replace the roof. NVB was there every step of the way and dealt with the insurance company more than we did. Saved us that time and effort as well. Highly Recommend.

Our roof had to be replaced due to damage following a hail storm. Raleigh Lallmang arranged the first inspection and second inspection with the insurance company. He then met with us to discuss the products and pricing, and he communicated with us regularly via email and phone. NVB worked directly with our insurance company, so the process was very easy for us. The shingles arrived on time, and the crew arrived on time and was able to replace the roof of our home in one day. Raleigh was there to oversee the clean up at the end of the day, and we found him to be honest, helpful, and polite during all of his interactions with us. NVM Contracting, LLC replaced the shingles on our roof due to hail damage. From delivery of the products through shingle replacement, NVB explained what to expect and performed as agreed. The shingles were replaced within one day, cleanup was immaculate, and the roof looks great.

Recently had siding damage due to wind storm. NVB Contracting were out the next day to install a covering over the damaged area and then immediately began working on the insurance claim with me. During the process, I was always kept in the loop with texts and emails. I found NVB professional and actively working on my claim during the entire process. The final result of the siding job was impressive. We were able to very closely match our style and color. The workmanship was very good. My wife and I are very pleased with the final result.

They took the time to answer all of my questions, since a new roof is no small purchase. Product and work quality were very good, and that is hard for me to admit since I am so picky with home repairs. I would recommend again to friends & family.
