+ -1 moreHe was to come at 11:30. When he did not show I called him and he said he forgot all about it. He came a couple of hours later with a 10 year old boy. When we got to the basement he was shocked at the size of the tank when I had already provided him with the dimensions. I had to help him get the boiler out of the basement as his helper was woefully underqualified for the task.. I then went and got a neighbor when George said he had a winch and we could lift it with that. The winch was broken. I borrowed another neighbors' winch which George broke. Unable to remove the tank we left it wedged in my basement stairway. I told him I would get a winch and get it to the back porch. After doing so he will not come pick it up and will not return my calls. I had to spend $250 dollars for a winch and chain for this FREE service. Stay away. FAR FAR AWAY!
Description of Work: George was to remove an oil tank and boiler from my basement. We emailed several times. I sent him the dimensions of the tank and the stairway.He assured me he could take care of it.
