Description of Work: I initially called this company for two reasons: To help deep clean my home one time, and to help me organize EVERYTHING -- from papers to kitchen to crafts. I have a brain injury, and had to downsize to a much smaller home. After having been mostly out of town for several years caring for my parents, my home and my mind were such that I could not function! My home was too cluttered and disorganized to even feel like a home. I didn't know where to begin reclaiming my life. Jeanne returned my call. She expressed to me that she is trying to get away from cleaning, and desired to expand her work in organizing. She came to assess my needs, and most of my home looked like a tornado hit it. Jeanne's response shocked me. She said it wouldn't be difficult to clean up and organize! I explained to her my goals and my physical and cognitive deficits. She said she could simplify things and make my home work for me, even without disposing of my overwhelming crafts supplies! She conveyed what she thought would be the quickest and most efficient way to accomplish my goals and set about to help me achieve them. Jeanne far exceeded my expectations. She gets more work done in an hour than other professionals got done for me in ten hours, and I don't exaggerate. After her first 3-hour stint, I saw an amazing transformation occurring, and knew she was the answer to my prayers. Jeanne was friendly and candid, and her professionalism and work ethic is the best I've encountered in fifty years. She talked enough to be friendly, but never once took a break from her work. She did not look at her phone when it rang, pleasantly declined coffee breaks, and made very speedy progress in her work. I felt perfectly at ease leaving her alone to do her work, and went about doing mine in another room. Hiring Jeanne to help me is one of the best ways I've ever spent my money. Speaking of money, Jeanne's fee was considerably less than what I paid other professionals for the same type of work. Others accomplished very little, and actually complicated my life more than helping. They even criticized me for not wanting to discard items that I frequently use. Jeanne accomplished a great deal -- quickly and beautifully. I love her. Our time working together was cut short after only a few sessions, because a family member became ill. I was away from home for six months. I intend to call Jeanne and ask her to continue with her transformation of my home as soon as I catch up on things. I know that she can help make my life so much easier and happier, and having an organized home will enable me to pursue other personal goals. When I set up my jewelry making shop, I'll ask her help with that as well. I have recommended Jeanne to others. She would be especially helpful in organizing the homes of people with cognitive deficits. She is gifted at simplifying -- and even MAKING SPACE -- without discarding!!!! Description of Work: Housekeeping

Description of Work: The services provided included cleaning and organizing clothing, household items, kitchen items and paperwork. The company was.prompt and efficient. They provide organizational services in three hour blocks, but offer additional time on an individual basis for cleaning and preparation / assisting with parties. They have been a godsend!
