Nancy's team was EXCELLENT!! The job was thorough and tidy - the whole house smelled clean and fresh when they were done! They were on time, professional and polite - I would HIGHLY recommend this company!!

She provide an excellent service. She's very thorough, they don't miss anything, they make sure that my house is clean and they did my house sparkling and they took care of everything.

They were timely and did a wonderful job cleaning my townhouse.

They come every week for us. I think they are honest, you can trust them. They tend to have the same people. I think they could improve on making sure they get in the corners and behind things.

Had to reschedule a few times and they were late so I had to leave before they got there. But, I was surprised how good the cleanup job was. Probably the best work I have ever gotten from Angies list!

The only issue that I had was the time available and then they over an hour late but the over cleanliness of there work was great.

They did not wipe top of frig for dust, handle was not cleaned. Put too much polish on hardwood floors, did not do as I explained. Nice ladies but work was not satisfactory. I think owner is promising the work and workers could not possibly have to time to complete.

It was alright. It was supposed to be a deep cleaning and I just feel like it was surface wiping.

Overall it well. They were a little late. And only one of the four people spoke English so that made for limited communication. I had to find her when I wanted to say anything.

They did a fine job cleaning but we're very difficult to schedule with. They did not clearly communicate dates and times. I thought I would give them a second chance and hire they for monthly cleaning but once we finally got something scheduled they failed to show with no notice.

I would say it went very well there were a few hiccups in scheduling (possibly on my behalf I did not seek clarification when I was told arrival would be "after 1" the ladies did show up at approx.3:45 aside from that they did do an excellent job and were very courteous they weren't able to clean the entire house but did clean the top two floors which was well within the amount of square footage that was agreed upon to be cleaned. Even though the house was mostly empty there was a lot of light paint spray, joint compound, other ground in debris, dust, and dirt that needed to be cleaned. This in no way was a simple cleaning job. They stayed and worked till after 7:00pm. When they finished all the main living areas of the home were clean. These ladies were able to do a cleaning job that would have taken my wife and I two weeks to complete in a little over three hours. In my opinion it was money well spent I will consider using them again

The service went excellent! Nancy was super friendly and very professional. From the very beginning, Nancy worked with me regarding scheduling and tailoring the cleaning job! I had several services set up for my new house that day (pest people and carpet cleaning) and Nancy worked around my schedule so she could be at the house before carpets were cleaned. The previous owners were very clean and left the house in great shape, therefore, Nancy worked with me to tailor her cleaning services and focus on some areas she may not normally cover for this type of job, but did so because other things were already clean. It was such a relief to move into a home and not worry about cleaning anything! Kitchen and bathroom cabinets were cleaned inside, showers scrubbed, windows washed, baseboards wiped, and much more! I would definitely use Nancy again and loved the service she provided.

WOW!!!! The cleaners that came from Nancy's Old Fashioned Cleaning did an amazing job. Our house looked stunning when they were finished. We didn't want to use anything for fear of messing it up. The attention to detail was awesome. The kitchen was gleaming, the bathrooms were spotless, etc. I don't think a speck of dust was left anywhere! We had a pretty dirty mud room/laundry room that gets used daily by our dogs and I was so impressed with how well they cleaned it up. We would definitely use them in the future!

I love her, she's really good. She is very professional and does an excellent job. She cares about her work and she worked really hard.

We've been working with Nancy and her crew every two weeks for 2 sessions now and we've been very pleased with the results. Nancy and her coworkers have been very punctual (last week they were early) and they work quickly. I've yet to find a corner they've cut after they've been through. One catch that some may not prefer is that the homeowner provides Nancy with cleaning supplies. My wife and I don't mind this arrangement and Nancy makes it very easy: she's consolidated all reusable materials into a large bag so we can launder them before their next visit. Nancy's Cleaning Service has been a huge help in helping my wife and I keep our place looking nice, freeing us to spend time with our boys, relieved from the duty of cleaning and/or dealing with a messy house. We're on a every two weeks schedule which does feel a little expensive in the monthly budget but we felt the price was very reasonable per visit. Thus far, Nancy's Cleaning Service has done fantastic work and we're very pleased to have their help. I will happily recommend them to our friends, should any be looking for housecleaning help.

After trying many housecleaning services, I decided I could do better by myself -- wrong! By the time Nancy's crew arrived, the house had not had a thorough cleaning in a year. Our house is big, and old - lots of work was needed. Nancy stopped by to provide an estimate, she was very professional. The team absolutely exceeded our expectations cleaning, and we will be using them again.

First time around didn't do a good job (Some of it was my miscommunication)(Since we were making plans from a distance )but they came back when I asked them to.. for free ..which I appreciated ...they did do a great job second time around ... She really did care about her business and she really did care about doing the job right once she found out it wasn't quite right... She always answered the phone in person and it was always easy to talk and communicate with her... Price was a little high... Nice ladies!!

I use her once a week. I think she is a little expensive but I have a fairly large house. She is honest. I guess she thought of having another lady so it isn't the same people with her. I can't rely having the same people each time. They are pretty good. If they miss something some times and if I ask them to go back and do it, they tend to do that. I think the thing with all of these cleaning companies is that they just want to rush around our house to get off to the next one. But, all in all, some of the other cleaning companies I have had are the same way. They are pretty punctual. The main thing is having somebody honest. They are friendly. Unless something major happens, I think I will continue using them.

I'm very pleased with what they do. Nancy is very pleasant to work with and they're honest.

Nancy completed a walk-through of the house to cover all of the services and provide an estimate. Everything was clearly communicated and they offered the flexibility we needed (personal cleaning supplies/vacuum, specific cleaners for certain surfaces, and calling ahead of arrival). They also integrated deep cleaning into the schedule and completed the most thorough service of anyone in this area.

Nancy Caballero does an excellent job. She's definitely worth the price.
