EXTREMELY HIGH PRICING. I read other reviews AFTER the work was done. One after the other, every reviewer complains that the My Plumber rates are outrageously excessive. OUTRAGEOUSLY EXCESSIVE RATES. Thew job was not difficult. Replace the water pressure valve coming into the house. Fist-sized piece of brass. One pipe in. One pipe out. That simple. Called several plumbers the day before without making up my mind. Still frustrated in the morning, this name came across my mind and I made the appointment. Just wanted to get the problem fixed! I knew the approximate cost of the valve. The truck pulled in a couple hours later. He confirmed it was a valve failure. Then he quoted me a price that made me stagger. New reduction valve, installed: $$$$. That was an eye-opener but no one the day before hinted at any sort of price …or any price at all…so I agreed. No complaint about his work. That was fine. Then I canceled the other My Plumber appointment to fix a heating system problem. It was done latert at a decent price. But not by this place. They’ll never be invited back. That bill was OUTRAGEOUS. So add this story to the rest of the one-star reviews you’ll find for My Plumber in Manassas. One valve. Final cost: Eight Hundred Dollars!

We were overjoyed to see Joie Leffler come to complete the repair. Joie had done work for us before and we were tremendously impressed with his skill, his personality, and his dedication. Joie assessed the problem and got down into the seven foot trench to make the repair. Once the repair was made, he waited with me, for the county to arrive to turn on the water. After some adjustments, Joie finished the work and ensured there were no leaks to the repair. He then checked every faucet to ensure there was no sediment in the lines, made sure the water flowed properly, and I was totally satisfied. Joie is one of those repairmen that you wished you were related to. He makes repairs as if he was doing it for family members. I will certainly ask for him again.

Byron arrived on time, was professional, did a great job and cleaned up when finished. He took time to review work and ensured I understood how they worked.
