My Plumber Plus - HVAC

He left no little nook or cranny of my HVAC system un-inspected, and cleaned everything to get it back working without leaking all over the place. He offered several suggestions to keep the system working better for longer. A real pro -- thanks

The plumber was very professional. He explained everything he found and what he would suggest to fix the problem. I would definitely recommend him

Plumbing services are never needed at a convenient time, but within a couple of hours My Plumber called and emailed us on a Sunday, ready to come out and take care of our needs with no extra weekend costs! Our kitchen sink faucet had a leak and so we thought we were going to have to avoid using it until Monday. Janet was the epitome of customer service and the job was done before the end of the same day! They gave us the option of providing our own new faucet or providing one. I would recommend My Plumber anytime!

I thought the price was a little high but I had no comparison. The serviceman I had was very efficient and nice.

Took 10 minuets and was charged $315.00.

Jim was timely, communicative, and appears to have done a quality installation of a new water header.

Happy with the quality but not sure how competitive their pricing is.

The worst.

The tech was on point with his assessment. Walked us thru in great detail so that we understood what the job entailed.

PNP, Earl was great and very friendly. Did exactly what I asked for and and gave me an honest estimate. On time for giving estimate and completion of the job even during the triple digit temperature. Highly recommend and will use them again.

requested quote. responded fast. made appt. thought they would just show up on appointed day and time. they kept calling at a time while I was working from different toll free numbers. when I finally did get their message and returned call I was told I had to be put back on the queue. was told someone should still be able to see me that morning. Had to call back multiply times to make sure they were still coming. when they did show up after 5 pm the guy was friendly but also let me know that the only reason he came out was because they told him to please come check out my AC because I KEEP CALLING. was told had to get a new system because the one I had was ancient.(understandable it was a 1988 system) They came and offer one system which cost us a loan of $10000 an out of pocket cost of $1000. New AC was put in old one removed within 8 hrs on 7/6. they left used screws and excess tin all over the floor. Cut an additional hole in a wall to help adjust the unit. 2 days later a second guy came back to install the furnace portion. after installation had me sign paper saying all was well and they left the place clean. I refused and told the service guy how they left the place prior. was told that the paper I was signing was only for the work HE DID ON THE 8TH. On the 10th started getting message on my brand new state of the art heating and cooling system saying there may be a problem with my AC because its called for cooling and within the last 5 hrs the temp. went up 5.9 degrees. On the 12th received the same message. On the 13th the whole system shut down and started leaking water all over the floor. made several attempts to call My Plumbers toll free 24 hr emergency service number which they raved about, got no answer had to leave a message. contacted them on the 9th to see if they would be returning to repair the hole in the wall. was told someone would call back. 2 days later called again for an update. was told they would be handing it over to complaint board

The worker, when he arrived was very good, did a very good job, it was just getting him there that was a real problem. I know times have changed but, the cost of parts were 4/5 times what I remember.

Do not hire these people. Overpriced, install was all wrong. Had to be done over. Changed wires from original color coding. Hired local contractor to reinstall thermostat. Just awful, expensive experience. Did not pass county inspection. Never pulled permits for gas water heater.

Friendly, fair priced and very efficient.

The contractor was friendly and professional. The work was done in a reasonable time and the cost was below other estimates. I highly recommend this contractor and business.

The fire company was expensive. There were issues with unauthorized work being done and the finished work was visually horrible. I will end up hiring another company to repair their sub quality work. Total ripoff.
