Arrival time 9:00 - Noon, Call at 11:30 saying tech would be late and no new arrival time available. Call at 1:30 saying Tech arrive in 45 to 60 minutes. Arrived after 60 minutes. I was in an empty new house and could not go to lunch until after 1:30. Tech was great at identifying problem and developing solutions

I was told it would be $79 the technician want me to pay 159.00 for service fee. He found out the a wire was loose and some rusting. I very concerned about me service.

I bought a brand new faucet and rough in from Delta for this guy to install. When he finished, the diverter was not working and I had to fix the problem myself. For $1300.00 he should have pushed the extra mile to fixed but, it was not in the contract. Later a remodeler from the same company showed up and wanted to charge $842.00 to fix the dry wall opening needed to install the rough in with 10 tiles 4"x4". I turn the offer down. I did it myself for less than $40.00.

I Purchased their yearly service contract. My first visit with the contract they were over four hours late & The technician was more interested in selling service. It seems the contract is only for a system check and no maintenance is included.

David with My Plumber represents this company VERY WELL! The service was professional, complete and informative. David answered questions in advance I should have asked, but didn't know enough to ask. David took the time to educate me around both the specifics and whole picture situation. It was very valuable information I am thankful for getting. He listened carefully to my other water issues around the house and had great answers I can act on. David's years of skilled experience were apparent. Perhaps lightly on the pricey side according to the averages on the web. But, this IS the Washington, DC area and a little above average pricing is to be expected in this area and IT WAS WELL WORTH IT. I knew from the start I was in good hands and it would all work-out. David is a totally authentic person and I could tell he REALLY CARED about taking care of me and the problem at hand - replacing a deep well pump. Didn't get any tedious "up selling." The price was up-front and I'll call it a reasonable price for the quality of service received. All contacts beside David were Top Drawer, as well - professional to the max; but also authentically friendly! This is the level of quality in a company that is rather rare and made me ask myself if they have common stock I could invest in as that would be a very safe bet. Well done! I want these folks back, next time! Respectfully and WELL DONE! - John
