Description of Work: I have now used the services of this organization for over 8 months. I continue to be thrilled with their professionalism, customer service and quality of work for the price charged. Mike is always in good spirits, is polite and provides the ultimate in customer service. I will continue to use this service for all ongoing projects as I feel they are responsive, honest and easy to do business with. I cannot imagine how anyone could possibly have a problem with this business.

Description of Work: Over rated and over priced. Charged $165 an hour first two hours, $104 every other hour. Did not move with any sort of sense of speed. But then again, why would you if your wage is paid hourly? Then they try to justify it by counting individual pieces of materials that were used as a quantitative way to justify their work and the time it took. Shop elsewhere. Get a local handyman, they work quicker and charge half of that. Will not use again nor recommend.

As we have discussed on multiple occasions, the service requested originally on Mar 18 was to replace door hardware throughout out the house as well as switches and outlets throughout the house. Our rates are standard, we charge $268 for the first two hours of service and $104 for every hour after that, which we break down into 15 minute increments. During our initial contact, we had estimated that it would take approximately 5-10 minutes to replace each item. Obviously some would take longer and some would take less time. On March 20 we arrived at your house and replaced 3 outlet blanks, 13 outlets, 11 switches, 24 hinges (8 doors with 3 hinges each), 6 ball catches (on closet doors), 3 cable outlets and 1 doorknob in 3 hours and 15 minutes. On average, this indicates that we replaced these items is less than 3.2 minutes each. I apologize if this is not fast enough for you, however, there is a point in which speed compromises quality and we are not willing to jeopardize quality. All of our technicians have over 15 years experience in carpentry, drywall, electrical and plumbing. We pride ourselves on customer loyalty and understand that if we do not live up to our customer's standards, we lose customers, which again is something we are not willing to jeopardize. We hope we are able to meet your standards in the future and will continue to improve our processes. We look forward to servicing your home in the future.

Description of Work: We hired them to replace faucets in the bathroom. We bought the faucets ourselves and we just needed to have them replaced. The service was ok but the prices were astronomical. It was $250 for the first hour. Also, we had hot water before they came. After they came, we couldn't get any hot water. They said it was clogged but it wasn't. We would not use them again.

As determined by our technician and discussed during our service call, the water shut off valves under the sink have deteriorated and are in need of replacement. After offering to replace them during the same visit, it was decided that you would delay this additional service and live without hot water to the sink temporarily. Our records indicate that you were only charged our standard 2 hour minimum. Our office has contacted you and has offered to replace the valves but have received no response from you to date. We look forward to servicing your home in the future.
