Chas introduced himself and handed me his cud. He put on booties. He assessed the damage & took pictures. He then measured for a new door.

Chris Lee showed up to the residence early. He was very knowledgeable and worked efficiently, very professional!

Chris was on time and responsive to our demands gave us an estimate of time required to complete task. Unfortunately he devoted 45 minutes to drive to home depot in Woodbridge to buy the right size of screws.

It went well. I would recommend and use again. The only caveat is your service MAY vary depending on the person they send.

Mr. Handyman's representative appeared on time (even though he was made a grandfather only 4 hours before), was diligent, knowledgeable and courteous. I was very pleased with the service.

The technician was very knowledgeable and efficient.

They built the piece on site. The representative took measurements and had said he would build it at their workshop, but that was not the case. A two-man crew built it on site and we were charged hourly for both them. They also constructed a sheet metal cover over the wood (more on this in a moment). Because they were consistently late and it took so long to build the thing (and, yes, there was some bad weather that wasn't their fault) one had to return to finish, seal, and paint. So they did it, but (1) it ended up costing quite a but more than we had first been told, and (2) the sheet metal did not lie flat--an end raised up after a while. All in all, we were not happy with experience and would look elsewhere for other repairs.

The service person called ahead as promised and arrived well within the two hour window provided. This was especially valued as I was in a time crunch and needed service the same day (today). All the work provided was top notch and the service person was extremely adept at explaining what all was required to be done, how long it was going to take, how much it was going to cost and answered all my questions in a very courteous manner. The work provided was done in a very professional manner and they were no tradeoffs or "good enoughs". He made sure when he finished that we checked all the locks with all the keys that he made in his van. No problems with fit/form/function. Left the work area cleaner than he found it!! Extremely pleased with the whole experience and would recommend this firm to anyone who may require lock/key services. Thank you very much to National Lock and Key. John M.

Brandon was on time and performed the work well. It required 3 visits, but he was very patient & professional.

Professional, courteous, and prompt Chris was a huge help in diagnosing the source of our water leak and removing ice damming from our gutters. He finished early and helped us with other household issues to ensure we got 2 hours full of work. Thanks.

We had a hard time finding someone willing to do this work; it was too small for the hardscape contractor who installed the walkway originally so finally we settled on this handyman who did a great job at a reasonable price.

Terrible. Never again would I use this company for anything. The guy was late several times. Drywall was terrible looking. Lots of bumps. Not smooth at all. Left a mess. I had to have him come back out and clean his mess up. Fix lots of places not once but twice.

Required two visits. Once part was obtained technician came promptly. Inexperienced in this type of project and had to get different hardware.

Brandon arrived early and promptly made installs. He was very polite and courteous.
