They were told we have a three story house and I questioned about the two guys. They said one guy was all I needed and quoted me one guy price, assuring it was only a one guy job. Then half way through the job he needed another guy and I had to pay for it. It really upset me when I had to pay for a second guy when they knew I had a three story house. They were really slow. The work did look nice. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: We had shutters replaced.

Yordy the handyman, did a very good job on all projects. I'm not pleased about the x2 and x3 mark-ups on materials. I did not read all the fine print, so that was a surprise. I would have provided all materials if I had known.
Description of Work: Weatherstripping (1 door), caulk (1 tub), put up 2 rods in laundry room for hanging clothes. MOve closet doorknob; make door easier to open; exterior: fill and caulk gaps under siding at back of house. Replace hard to reach light bulb.

They charged $1635.99 and we authorized a charge in the $818. They charged both of the amounts to my card. I asked if the charge was per person and they said it was per job. They charged me the full amount for the two people who came.

I won a contest to have some handyman work done at my home for free. I was extremely happy with their service and their craftsmanship. I plan on having them back again.
