My faucet in the garage (for hoses) would spray a small bucket of water whenever I ran water and turn the faucet off (very annoying). Two technicians came to the house on time and had a new faucet installed in about 15 minutes. Problem solved.

Walter came by to install 4 recessed lights and a dimmer switch as part of the deal we bought on Angie's List. We were very impressed with the quality of service and professionalism, and would use Masterpiece again. They were punctual and efficient and we think the price was a really good deal.

Great. I purchased a $99 deal through Angie's List. We scheduled the work, and the team came on time. They were fast & efficient. This is the second time I've hired them for this kind of job.

Masterpiece was very professional. Their workman showed up on time and was very polite and courteous. Due to the location of the faucet, he had to cut a hole in our interior drywall (extra charge, but not too high). He cleaned up the dust, replace the hose faucet and it works great, no leaks.

This was a $99 big deal purchase. The deal was they were supposed to replace a faucet/hose bib. When they got here they said they would have to go inside of the house and cut the drywall to get to the outside of the house and there would be an extra charge. So I declined. There wasn't anything in the original deal that indicated there would be an extra charge. He replaced a piece of the outside faucet. To make a long story the were here for probably 30 minutes and they did that. The hose still dripped, nothing got fixed there. I thought the $99 would give me a certain amount of time so I had an issue with a hose bib on the back of the house -- it was leaking as well. I asked while they were here could they look at that too and he said that would be an extra charge too. So I did pay an extra charge for that as well. Now it is hard for my wife to turn it on and off. It is really, really tight. He replaced the top part of the circular handle. I probably should have called them back and complained. It took them two weeks to make an appointment to begin with. They did replace parts and the two guys were friendly, but they really did not do what I expected. Perhaps I should have documented it at the time, but I just didn't. Had they indicated in the original offer that if they had to do other work outside the house to replace the unit there might be other charges I would say that would have been more fair than just saying $99 to replace it. It don't think it was advertised exactly right. They took their time in doing what they had to do on one of the units. Their responsiveness was bad. I expected them to call within a couple of days. They called me, like two days later and made an appointment for, like, two weeks later. They were fairly quick to respond, but to get the appointment was not too good. When they said they were going to be here they were on time.

I think everything went perfectly. I think their price all considered is pretty unbeatable.

Installed frost free pipe and new faucet. Also, tightened another faucet at no cost.

The plumber arrived on time and was very efficient. Great work ethic and clean up after himself.

The service provider arrived on time. The existing hose faucet had a faulty pressure release mechanism (sprayed outward when water turned off). Technicians had replacement on hand and the new faucet was installed in about 20 minutes with no issues. Got a great new faucet that doesn't spray me when I turn it off.

Crew ran a little late with an earlier appointment, but phoned us ahead of time to alert us. The lead plumber, Rolando, did an excellent job - very knowledgeable and efficient (and very personable as well). We heard a slight leak the next morning and phoned MPB. They came out about an hour later and fixed the leak (a hidden old fitting they had not worked on had developed a pin-hole leak during the process of soldering the new elbows). Very prompt, courteous and no extra charge for the second visit. We were so impressed with the responsiveness and expertise of Rolando and his assistant that we have requested and received a proposal to do a make over of our laundry room.

I purchased the outdoor replacement special for $99.00 with the understanding that an additional charge if any drywall cutting was required, which it was. Plumbers arrived on time and were courteous. They did ask if I wanted an access panel installed and my answer was yes and the work began. Plumbers had some difficulty getting a good solder joint on the new copper and had me turn the water on and off about 6 times because they had a leak. Meanwhile our home was filling with the smoke from their torch and soldering. Finally they indicated that due to water drip in the pipe that was being soldered they could not get it to seal and installed a solderless fitting. When I checked the outdoor faucet I realized it was not a Frost Free Anti-Siphon Outdoor Faucet. I had made a mistake by thinking one was being installed as one was pictured on the ad when I purchased the $99.00 special from Angie's List. However, the fine print in the ad did indicate the image shown may not be the one provided. I asked the plumbers about it they apologized for not offering to install a Frost Free Anti-Siphon Outdoor Faucet, but said they would for an additional $75. Plumbers went back to work and installed the Frost Free Anti-Siphon Outdoor Faucet and produced a bit more torch and solder smoke.. So in the end my Angie's List $99.00 special turned in to a $250.00 job due to cost of $50.00 for cutting a 10 inch drywall hole, $25.00 for a cheap plastic access panel and $75.00 for a Frost Free Anti-Siphon Outdoor Faucet. Also, the smoke did clear and the smell is just about gone after 3 days and no leaking water.

The two plumbers that showed up acted like they had never worked inside someone's home before. They did not have shoe covers and tracked dirt on our carpets. After turning off the water supply they cut the pipe leading to the hose bibb and did not have a bucket or anything to catch the water draining from the pipe so it spilled on material I had stored and on the floor in the basement (they used one of our old frying pans we had stored nearby to catch the water after it had already got our stuff wet) Later when I went outside to check on them they were soldering pipes on the back of their truck over our driveway with no protection and solder was splashing all over. Every other contractor we have scheduled through Angie's List has always put on shoe protection before entering our home. The workers had no consideration for protecting our property while they were doing the work. There are too many good contractors available that do protect your property.

Crew was very professional & knowledgeable, they went step by step on the installation of my recess lights also they explain me about the new code upgrades on my house. overall i had a very pleasant experience they are a real electricians that i can trust. you guys did a GREAT JOB!!!

The crew was very courteous and polite, they took very good care of my home during the process of installation. The end result was amazing and I am very pleased with the work that they completed which was completed on a timely basis as well. I would definitely use them again and recommend their services.

They were very responsive in scheduling appointment. Did a good job, however, when they arrived they wanted additional charges for: cutting out drywall ($50), repairing drywall ($150) and then offered upgraded faucet ($75). We did ask could we cut out the drywall and do repair ourselves and were told yes if the cut out could be in 10 minutes. We choose to do the cut out and elected not to buy the upgraded faucet. They did a neat job and in a timely manner.

First of all, the lady I spoke with,Yoli, at the company was really outstanding. She understood what I needed and was really customer service orientated. She provided me with a date that worked for me and quoted me a great price of $99 the same price advertised by Angie's List. They were very accommodating. I don't have any reason to doubt that their work will be outstanding!
