The performance of Masterpiece Builders was outstanding. Their technician, Mr. Walter Pivaral, arrived on time and well prepared. The work turned out to be more difficult than I had assumed, due to some electrical issues created when our residence was constructed in the 1970s. In particular, I wanted to have a second switch installed so that the ceiling lights could be controlled near the bedside as well as at the entrance to the room. Mr. Pivaral made clear that this would be difficult and expensive to do, and he found a more elegant and modern solution. Based on his extensive experience, he identified a digital switch with a dimmer control that could be installed at the entrance and operated by a remote control. I went to a nearby Home Depot store and purchased the switch while he was installing the lights (whose location he very carefully determined and discussed with me, and which he achieved without damage to the drywall). The switch installation worked very well, and we were impressed both by the result and by Mr. Pivaral's professionalism. We would certainly employ Masterpiece Builders (and preferably Mr. Pivaral personally) in future.

Excellent -arrived on time or early for both appointments, and the plumber was very friendly, professional, and worked efficiently to get the necessary work done. I even asked him to take a look at a problem I was having with a toilet, to see if he could fix that as well. He quickly diagnosed the issue and showed me how I could fix it myself with some parts from Home Depot [which he said he would be glad to go get and do the work if I didn't want to do it myself.] total price reflects two separate jobs - the big deal which was an excellent bargain, plus the switching out of the internal water shutoff valve, which we discovered wasn't completely closing when that work was being performed.

It was okay. They didn't use booties on their shoes. So they tracked my house up. That was the main thing. I asked them to save the parts they took off and somehow they lost them. Between the faucet and their truck, they lost the parts. As far as the work, they did good work. It was a good price. They did good work, they just tracked my house up and lost the old parts, which doesn't make any sense. It wasn't the main plumber, it was his helper who did that. I said over and over, "My husband said, 'please save the old spigot that you take off,'" because my husband is an engineer and he takes parts and makes things. So, when he goes, "Okay, we're done," I said, "You've got my parts right?" The helper guy could not find the parts. It's like what the hell did he do with it? Did he throw it out in my yard, did he throw it in the bushes, did he put it in the trash can. It wasn't in the trash can because my husband looked. So, it's like what did he do with the parts? It doesn't make any sense. The main plumber looked and looked and said, "I'm sorry," and left a little handle from something. They couldn't even keep the old parts, after I told them over and over and over again.

The scheduling and installer were very professional and updated me along the process. The installed was 15 minutes late and the office called to inform me, which I really appreciated. The deal did not include all the work, which was understandable, we had no overhead lighting in the room, but the additional cost was reasonable. The installer was very neat, laid drop clothes and vacuumed all dust before he left. The entire work work too about ~2 hours, the light placement and installation are great.

I called prior to purchasing the deal and let them know exactly what I needed to be done. The deal required that the value be used in the first visit, but when he arrived he told me that the work required a permit and the deal could not be used for the work I required, I was given the option of forfeiting my deal or having him do the work without having a permit, and dealing with a permit with the county after the fact.

Master Piece Builders promptly responded to my request and set an appointment date with a two-hour window. They arrived within the appointment window, and completed the installation in an efficient and professional manner. I cannot comment on price since this was a "Big Deal" promotion. However, I hired Master Piece to take on an additional job and I found their charge to be competitive.

The contractor showed up on time and spent a lot of time with measuring out exactly where the lights would be installed. I would have no issue getting their services again.

I will recommend and work with this company in the future because all the employees I had contact with were extremely knowledgeable, polite and timely. Unfortunately the work required was more than covered by the coupon and would have cost considerably more. I ended up doing the work myself.

They came, replaced the outdoor hose faucet and we were very satisfied. They did a wonderful job.

I had hired Master Piece Builders, Electrical Division, to install recessed lights under an Angie's List special purchase and was so pleased with the work that I asked them to do additional electrical work in the house. Walter did a great job installing 2 lights outside and 3 lights inside, replacing 6 old plugs with code compliant plugs, and replacing an old pull string in the basement with a light switch.

It went very well after they came back on Saturday and did some drywall work cause they had to cut into the wall to do it but they did an excellent job they showed up on time, they guy he did a very very good job, cleaned up their mess when he left and then he helped me set up the appointment for the drywall guy who had to come back because they first fellow had to cut a hole in my drywall. Both of them did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them for drywall work this guy was excellent.

The product is good, they can improve on the other stuff. Make sure they clarify everything in the beginning, to make sure they don't get into surprises like I did.

Fantastic. We couldn't put the lights exactly where I wanted because of some ductwork, but he worked right around it with no issues. He was extremely polite and explained everything to me in great detail. He was on time and worked hard for my late appointment on a rainy day, which i really appreciate. Overall, a great experience!

I purchased the recessed lighting deal and didn't realize that it was for 4 recessed lights that would be installed around an already existing central light fixture. Since new wiring needed to be run in wall and ceiling there was an up charge of $125. The technician did a wonderful job, communicated any issues as he went, and was very neat. Very happy with this work.

At least they allowed a refund of my purchase price.

The plumber was excellent, efficient, and very professional. He replaced the outdoor faucet and I asked him to replace the indoor shutoff valve to it, as well. He was also able to find the master shut off valve to the house, which no plumber has been able to identify in the over 30 years I've owned my house. I plan to have them back to do additional work for me.
