Lyman Miller was professional, responsive, timely, and did great work.

They replaced our whole pool liner. They fixed a lot of pin hole leaks. They patched and put a seal coating on the foundation underneath the liner before they put the liner in. They did a great job. The guy was wonderful. They were very prompt and reliable. They got to us sooner than we thought they would.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Mr. Miller and his team. He is very easy to work with and accommodating. It was my first year running the pool myself and he walked me through the entire process. He kept me informed of all the steps and when and if there would be any delays due to weather; which were few. I would recommend his team 100% and plan to use them for opening and closing each year along with any maintenance that is needed. Thank you Lyman!!!

great.  This was a correction from our pool install that went bad, after the original installer went bankrupt.  Millers documented all of the problems with a letter and photos that I could use to file for reimbursement in bankruptcy court on the original installers.  The plan was just to smooth out the original sand bottom, but due to wet ground conditions at the site, and poor initial sand installation, they recommended a vermiculite bottom.  Completed in two days, on time and at the quoted price.  They also thoroughly checked our liner for leaks (and found none, thanks goodness!)

All went well on the project. He was very flexible and accommodating and was very knowledge regarding pool renovation. We would definitely use Miller Pools again.

We are very pleased with the outcome of this project. Upon opening the pool for the spring season we found we had a very bad leak and the vinyl liner would need to be replaced. We assessed the probable scope and included some additional repairs we had been wanting to do anyway and sent out bid packages to numerous pool companies. Lyman Miller responded right away and provided clear responses with options and recommendations. He explained the process that his company would use, as well as risks of unknowns once the project is underway. He communicated with me throughout the project, He also worked with me to keep the cost down by allowing me to dig trenches for the piping that needed to be replaced.Lyman and his team performed as he said they would, on schedule and on cost in spite of muckety muck from summer rains and intense heat. His costs were in line with other contractors and his years of experience were obvious. Quality of the work is excellent. We would definitely recommend Miller Pools to anyone with pool needs.

Job was professionally done and very pleased with results. They came by on weekend for estimate with a short deadline, adjusted via email comments and performed work on schedule.

I am a new pool owner, having recently bought a house with a 25-year-old pool in need of some renovation.  I initially planned on just having my pool replastered, a longer-lasting alternative to the paint the previous owners had used,  but in the end I decided to have more extensive work done, including a new deck. 
To explain scores that may seem contradictory:  I'm giving a B for punctuality because Mr. Miller arrived promptly to give the replastering estimate.   I'm giving an F for responsiveness because when I asked for an additional estimate to include new decking, he did not follow up on my request. In fairness, he did e-mail me to say he could come out that Saturday, but when I told him that time was not convenient, I didn't hear from him again.  I guess it's possible there was some email problem. 
Lyman Miller was very pleasant when we met for the replastering estimate.  He emailed me an estimate very shortly after his visit.  His was the first estimate I received, and it seemed reasonable.  In comparison with other estimates I got, though, his was much less detailed.  He was also much less thorough, appearing to take only rough measurements.  He did not suggest expanding the scope of work to include new decking, and now that I'm more knowledgeable about pools, I think it was clear the existing decking and skimmers needed replacing.  On one hand, I appreciate his not pushing me to spend more money, but I preferred the approach other contractors took, pointing out the problems with the decking and leaving me to make up my own mind.
I got estimates from five more contractors, and they were all more thorough.

He came out but he never sent us an estimate.  We don’t know what’s going on.  We talked to him and we were very happy with him.  He said he was going to send us a quote in an email and we just never got an email from him.  He was very responsive on coming out, just not on the follow-up.  The lack of follow-up could be a misunderstanding on our part.  It could be he’s going to get back to us in the Spring when we are planning on doing the work.

Mr. Lyman Miller and his son Michael installed a new vinyl liner, a safety rail, and replaced filter system pipes.  Mr. Miller gave me pricing upfront and made recommendations.  Both men were friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy.  I am so glad they repaired my pool.

They were extremely prompt, very friendly, and completely trustworthy. The quality was high as well. He took the time to explain my options. They are a very hard working company. They cleaned up completely after themselves.
