Michaels - DC-Manassas

The frame was excellent. I told them I was in no hurry, they left a message with my wife when it was ready to let me know I could pick it up. They have done a custom frame for me before. I like what they do, but that store over there has a fellow in their framing department who is one of the best people from a personal stand point that I've ever dealt with. My grandson made a frame for an American Flag in shop class and he got everything done but the backing with the closure. He and I packed it up and went to Michaels. We looked at everything then went up to the counter where they do the frame work. This man came out and I told him about the issue, we were also hurting for time because we were going to deliver it to someone that afternoon. He told us he knew just how to fix it and to hold on and he came back with some tools and in no time he had it ready to go for my grandson. We were able to get it delivered on time all because this guy took the time to help him finish the project he started. I offered to pay him and he said no and that it was on them. You can bet your bottom dollar I'll go back there.
