My experience with them was excellent. They were very responsive. They are very much into personalized service. They delivered everything they said they would when they said they would do it and their personnel was delightful to deal with. I think you can expect excellent service and excellent product. You do pay a fair amount for it. They are a little expensive but I believe that you are getting value and quality.

They use a front loader to fill my pickup truck with mulch.

I had a estimate done along with a landscape plan drawn for my yard. The experience thus far has been great. I will update this once I have the work done.

The delivered everything they said they would. They are the best in the area.

I have no issues with them I just did not have the financing. They were great and responded good. They did not press there ideas on us and we just sat down and talked about everything. They called because they were going to be two minutes late. That kind of impressed me. We would recommend them to others.

They came out and gave us a plan for the spring. they didn't do any work,, I trashed the plan they didn't listen to what we wanted.. it was kinda a watse. it's a great company i just didn't like the design center.. When it comes to buying plants and supplies they are great..

Service is great at Merrifield in Gainsville. I needed fire logs and gave them a call on 12/27/10. The employee recommended their kiln-dry logs. I asked for a half cord of 16” – 16-1/2 “ logs, stacked. I stated I had a fire stove insert that would not accommodate a larger size. The fire logs were delivered and stacked within 24 hours. A few days later I began to use the logs, but found several too long for my stove insert. Subsequently, I examined the stack and noted most were 17” – 19” long. I called Merrifield; they immediately sent 2 men and a chain saw to cut the previously delivered logs down to 16” and restack them. That took a couple of hours at no charge to me. It was a pleasure to know a provider is true to its pledge of quality customer service.
