Service Appointment time was scheduled for between 10 and 1; No one showed up between that time; Had to call to get an estimated time of arrival. Technician called, said he would be at house at approximately 2:45. Repaired brine line.

If you're at all interested in a water softener and/or water purification system, call Mermaid. Leslie, the sales professional, was extremely knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. She did not put on a hard sell; rather, she let the products speak for themselves with a great in-home demonstration and water test. After the home visit, she was available via phone to answer a second set of questions I had. We ended up getting a point-of-entry water filter, water softener, and an under kitchen sink drinking water purification system. Leslie also took the time to show up during the install just to make sure everything was going ok. Jason, the installer, was amazing too! He took the time he needed to install everything professionally and he cleaned up the work areas very well. He also took extra time to answer questions and go through the maintenance and ongoing operational steps... which are going to be very minimal. It's been almost three months now, and we are so happy we decided to go with Mermaid. Great people, great company! Our water is exactly as it should be... feels better, looks better, and tastes better!

Showed up on time, very professional, explained everything and answered all the questions I had. took the time to make sure I understood everything. Due to us just moving into this area and house, Brent took the time to go over all the details of the water system that was in the house we bought. He also went over recommendation and options and quoted prices. He took care of the system with care and cleaned up everything while working and afterward. Very professional!! I have had this system for 10 years! Randy has been there for a long time because of the product. They system doesn't function with electricity...it works mechanically. No interruption in service. They custom build for your needs.

Customer service was a class act! Randy is great. I called him for a question and he showed up at my door to take care of it! Other people in my neighborhood who got different water softeners and then they came to me to find out who I used!
