Matchett Seely is very professional, very knowledgeable and teaching of the water filtration system. He is thorough in his assessment process Informs the customer of findings and recommendations with pros/cons to allow the client make an inform decision. As retired U.S. Engineer Officer, the young man deaths of knowledge of processes in the industry. Having only been in the industry a short period, he performs like a seasoned professional- impressed. Valued technician and wishes him the best as he matures in the field.

Marchett came over to install the water filter that was in back order when the water system was installed a couple months ago. He saw that it would be awkward changing the filter in the location where it would fit, so he suggested rearranging the entire system to make it easier, which he then did. Very respectful throughout and led me through the process of changing the filter, which doesn‘t require Turing off all of the water in the house. Efficient product and great service!

We purchased our house that has a water treatment & purification system and water heater that was installed by Mermaid Water. We have had them out for system check and to help us understand how to use the system. They also helped correct an item from house inspection regarding the water heater. They have been extremely helpful and responsive. Brent does an excellent job of making sure that the customer is happy.

We have had Kinetico Systems before and wanted one for our new house. I submitted an online request to Mermaid Water Systems, and Lisa got back to me within the hour. She was able to get an appointment quickly. Randy came to our home (on time!) and quickly went over the options. We chose both the water softener and drinking water systems. We arranged for installation in less than a week. Zabi and his partner arrived and installed both systems. Our whole experience was positive, and we love the Kinetico systems.

Highly recommend! Sales (Randy) was excellent to work with, we had no clue about water treatment. He was professional, knowledgeable and totally patient with us.
