Deanna Llewellyn is the best! She helped me so much as I planned my dream kitchen. Her boss Mac designed a perfect plan for me and then Deanna helped turn it into the gorgeous kitchen that I ended up with. Thank you, thank you, thank you Mastercraft Design! I love the goregeous Lyptus cabinets and the wet bar that Deanna helped me create so that it looked like a "piece of furniture" in our family room adjacent to the kitchen. Photos are attached. Update: unfortunately, we experienced a minor kitchen fire and contacted Mastercraft after the insurance company approved replacing of all the cabinets. Deanna was able to arrange to replace only the two upper cabinets and the range hood and have them match perfectly even though the original cabinets had "aged" a couple of years. No huge upheaval because of replacing all the cabinets! Thank you, Mastercraft!

Not inclined to participate

The designer was wonderful. It’s a private company with only one designer. We were very impressed with her. She gave us suggestions that we even wouldn’t have thought of. She was very accommodating to our requirement. We also had cabinets made, but we had other people who did the remodeling job for us. The entire remodeling job cost us about $15000 and it also included installing appliances. The price was average for this area. The cabinets are lovely and nice. The installation was done by another company. However, the designer was very patient. It also turned out that one of the things that we wanted was no longer available. So she gave us a suggestion for an alternative. It was a counter insert for our pans. The ones that were available were useless since it couldn’t be cleaned properly. She suggested a built-in holder for a cutting board along with the cutting board on the door under the sink. It may not sound like much but it’s really nice to have something like that. It’s more useful than you can possibly imagine. If need be, then I would use their services in the future too.

We have also used this firm 6-7 years ago to install built-in wlal unit in family room. That installation went smoothly as did this one.. They have always given good service and beautiful work

We first explored the possibility of getting a kitchen design at the big box stores. We soon realized that the so-called "designers" lacked any expertise beyond the usual kitchen configuration. Our contractor suggested that we talk to Rita. She took a personal interest in helping us design a kitchen that met our unique needs and desires. Her suggestions were always helpful. We love our kitchen! We wanted to stick within a certain budget and she helped us to do so.

This place has been very helpful! They dug up the previous owner's design and placement of everything for the cabinets. They took the design that we modified and gave us the discounted price for the cabinets we needed. They were really good to us and we are very pleased.
