 + -1 moreThey said the transmission needed replaced and said it would be $1,900. We had a hard time finding out when it would be finished. When we got our car back, I would let off the gas and the engine kept sounding like it was racing. They had punctured a hole in the power steering. There's another piece called the transfer case that connects to transmission that was damaged. They installed the wrong transmission in our car. We took the car back. They kept it for another 3 weeks and they never let us know what was happening and finally, we just took our car back and ended up going somewhere else. We spent $5,000 to get a new transmission.
Description of Work: We brought our car in because the transmission was going out. We were going to take it some place else, but took it over to Manassas to take a look at it, since we got the car from them.

 + -1 moreIt was a disaster and will keep me in court for two years.
Description of Work: I test drove a car that needed a jump to get it started. When I put the car in gear with my foot on the brake, it suddenly accellerated, crashing on the lot. The owner is a snake. He only has his inventory insured and carries no medical insurance for those test drivers on his cars. Since he does not check them for safety, test drive at your own risk. His application for a dealer license says he carries medical insurance (required by law), but when you call his carrier, they deny coverage.
