I had a problem with my washer machine giving me a H2O Supply error message. Jawid came and diagnosed the issue, turns out it needed water valves replaced, and he swiftly fixed it. Jawid was courteous, timely, and an expert. And the price was fair. I recommend him should you be experience any issues with your laundry machines and other major appliances.

I woke up on New Year?s Day to find that my refrigerator was not as cold as it was supposed to be. I was able to connect with. Jawid at Major Appliances Repair that afternoon, and he made it to my house the next day. He identified the problem and was able to pick up the part and get back to my house within a couple hours.. I really appreciated him walking me through what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. He did not try to sell more parts than what I needed, also appreciated. Installation of our over-the-range microwave that I had purchased was accomplished on time [same day service] and efficiently. Although the width of the replacement microwave was slightly narrower than the original one, they found some wood in our garage and cut/fitted it to the extra space at no extra charge. True professionals!

I called Major Appliance Repair around 1pm on a Sunday afternoon to fix a broken over door. They quickly responded and arrived at our home around 4pm. The repair took about an hour. By 5pm, the glass oven door was fixed.

He also had the forethought to carry common parts with him so the problem was fixed during this visit vice having to order the part and him returning to install the part.
