Description of Work: Closed our swimming pool for the winter. Did an ourstanding, professional job, including detaching a railing that was anchored below the waterline and removing the ladder. They brushed the pool and fthen iltered the water before installing the cover. They provided missing cover anchors at no charge. We have had our pool for over 25 years, and this is the best closing we have ever experienced. The work crew was a delight to interact with.

Description of Work: We hired Tino to install a new Loop-Loc pool cover, as he is a local dealer for them. He was to have installed it in September, but didn't get it done until November! Part of our deal was he would open our pool this summer, and despite confirming with him two weeks ago that he would open it today, he never showed or called. Very poor communication, very disorganized. He is not a person to hire if you expect on-time performance, reliability, honest communication, and professionalism.

+ -1 moreWe were very impressed at the first meeting. Owner came and provided lots of information. Price was great and work was done well. The opening was less impressive. The owner never showed and we could not communicate with the crew at all (no one spoke English). They did not start heater (found to be broken) and they left at least one plug in place.
Description of Work: We have had this company close our pool once and open it once.
