Description of Work: Winter service of furnace. Punctual, professional, courteous. Provided thorough cleaning and inspection of the furnace. Service provided exceeded my expectations at a very reasonable cost. No reservations recommending them to neighbors and other friends.

Description of Work: M&M Mechanical replaced our gas furnace, air conditioner unit, and gas water heater. Everyone at M&M Mechanical, the skilled technicians who installed the equipment, office staff, and Rick Gemmer the owner who expertly coordinated the project, was professional and a pleasure to work with. Everyone patiently answered my numerous questions and Rick kept in close contact with us even after the installation, just to make sure everything was functioning as it should and that we were pleased. Rick even went out of his way to make sure the screen door that was accidentally torn during the installation, was repaired. I later learned that the screen had previously been damaged and that my husband had already told them not to worry about the small new tear. But that wasn't alright with Rick Gemmer. He personally came for the door, had it repaired, and replaced it in the frame himself. That's the kind of company you are dealing with when you choose M&M Mechanical, Inc.

When I had the HVAC replaced, I went with a different company for price and make of system. I would recommend M&M Mechanical for annual checkups and repairs, they are reliable and affordable.

Description of Work: They sent sent out a technician that was completely incompetent. They want to sell me a new boiler because they couldn't fix the one I had. As it turned out the system was just low on the water and needs water needed the radiators blend of air. Was very disappointed in the service would never use them again.

Description of Work: M & M Mechanical has serviced our heating systems for many, many years. When we moved from Vienna to Oakton 2 years ago, we took M & M with us! Over the years, they have serviced and repaired existing systems and installed new systems. They are always responsive, professional, courteous, reliable.

Description of Work: M&M Mechanical provided us a bid for an HVAC system and while we didn't ultimately use them for the service, because Costco had a special pricing deal going at the time that we couldn't pass up, had that not been the case, we absolutely would have used them. They were very quick to come out an assess our situation, they provide a thorough estimate and were willing to work with us on price. We felt that they seemed very honest and I have no doubt that their work would have been high quality.

I've always been very pleased with their work, have never had any problems, and a few years back they replaced a component of my system, also to my satisfaction.
