Outstanding work at a very reasonable price! Mike and Theresa Lucci had done work for several friends in the past, which I had observed and admired. That's why I contacted them about this job. They carefully listened to the job requirements and measured each door that needed to be replaced. During the visit they made several suggestions for saving costs. Soon after their visit I received a proposal and estimate in the mail. Since I was in the middle of having other work done to my home, I called to tell Mike and Theresa that I wanted them to do the work, but would prefer to wait until the other work was completed. We agreed I would call them when I was ready to schedule the work. When I called them back we set a tentative date for the work, but they said they would call back to confirm. The weekend before the work was to begin they called back. While they seem to live a good distance from my home, they showed up promptly on the agreed date, and each morning until the job was completed. The picked up and delivered the doors and frames. (I agreed to purchase the hardware.) Mike and Thersa took 3 days to complete all the work, including removing the old doors, installing the new doors and hardware, plus complete and thourough clean up. When we realized that one door sill needed to be replaced, they offered to purchase and install it--which they did at no additional installation charge. They also replaced hardware on a door they didn't install at no additional change. I worked from home while they were doing the work and they wer great about working around me. By the time Mike and Teresa were finished I had beautiful new doors and felt I had made new friends.
