Chris the ower came out and gave us an attractive estimate. He was honest and strate forward and no sales man pitch like others we had estimates from. He was very thorough, took measurement and was focused. He did not waste his or my time. We were replacing 4 sliding glass doors in a 1968 house. We signed an agreement and were told 6-8 weeks. The door were delivered on time and installation  was set for the next day. Two guys came (on time) for installation. They were very professional, courteous and careful not to make a mess inside the house. They cleaned up everything after they were finished. The doors look fantastic and we will now being doing the upstairs as well with them. I would highly recomend Lifetime Remodeling.

It was excellent. The company person Chris Mc Nelly answered all my questions and offered a competitive price. The work crew arrived on time and did an excellent job. They cleaned up properly after the work and completed the job on time.

Having interviewed three different contractors and exterior companies, we were most impressed with the expertise of the Lifetime Remodeling personnel. Once the work started, we quickly knew we had made the right choice. The workers were prompt, knowledgeable and thorough, fixing some major problems in a very timely manner. Just as amazing as the professionalism of your people, was the excellence of your product. The very first night after the windows were installed we noticed a huge difference. The first thing we noticed was the silence. None of the streets sounds came through. We had no idea how noisy our house had been until we got the windows. We also noticed how much warmer it was. With our old windows, the curtains would actually billow from the amount of wind coming into our house, especially on windy days, we were always cold, always feeling a draft. Just two days after the windows were installed, there was a deep freeze with the weather and it was extremely windy outside. The house was just as warm and cozy and silent as can be... my wife and I just sat in the family room staring at each other saying, "I cant believe this, I cant believe the difference these windows are making." In this day and age your company and it's employees are the exception, not the rule. What a standard you have set for the rest of the industry to follow! I will be sending a copy of this letter to our homeowners association. They need to know about your company, your product and the level of customer service you provide. How delightfully refreshing to know that in this day and age, there is a company out there that has good old fashioned standards and an incredible amount of integrity.
