I was able to schedule an appointment almost immediately. They explained the different levels of tint and costs. They finished the work quickly and it looked great. The reminder stickers on the doors (not to roll down the windows) were helpful too. Very professional and efficient. I am very pleased with the job they did.

We needed the tint removed from our car to pass the safety inspection. It took longer than anticipated, which is fine since they did the job well. I came with my 13 month old at the time and had to wait around. We probably aren't their typical clientele which included one the day we were there mostly people needing DUI breathalyzers put in and some hung over adolescents who were discussing last nights party. Its not exactly kid-friendly, and better to drop off your car and come back for it if you can since there isn't really anywhere else to hang out, but the 2-3 hours we were there, it was good enough since we got a seat on the couch. Overall happy with the service.

They are hard to reach via their online reservation service, but I got them on the phone after a couple of tries. It is a small operation, so the guy in the office is often out working on cars as well. They were very professional and installed the tinting quickly. There was a small problem with some bubbles when I picked it up, and they promptly took it back in the shop and fixed those bubbles and went over the whole back window a second time to be sure, and were very friendly about it. I have used them on my last car 6 years ago, and the tint was perfect even after 6 years. I expect it will be the same this time - I am very pleased with them. I think they are a little more expensive than other shops, but I think it is worth it to have it done right. I did not experience the and quot;sales pitchand quot;, because I knew exactly what I wanted, but their website has lots of good information. It may help to review the options on the website first to learn the differences between the types of film they use.

I called and was surprised to get a next-day appointment. The person asked what kind of tint I'd like and it was clear that I didn't know. He said that it would be no problem to chose right before my appointment, which was helpful for me to see the products first. I decided to go with and quot;legaland quot; (light tint) on the side windows and something a little darker on the back. This option costs more than the and quot;basicand quot;, which I had already been made aware of on the phone...I appreciate that they were very up-front about different price options. The Rep told me it would take about 45 minutes, so I settled in to their waiting area, which was clean (yay!). I paid as the other person was finishing the process, was given simple instructions (don't roll down windows for a few days, etc.), and was on my way. 30 minutes from start to finish- impressive! I also appreciate the neon-colored strip of paper across my window roll-down buttons that serve as a do-not-use reminder : ) It will take a few weeks for the final product to fully dry, but I have to say I am quite satisfied with customer service, speed, and the look of my newly tinted windows. I would recommend LA Tint (Manassas) to everyone.

My husband was really happy with the service. He went back to fix some bubbling, which is common, and they fixed it within 5 minutes. He took a second car there as well. They were reasonably priced, nice and very professional! He would use them again!

I had to get new tint on my '96 Honda Civic because it was hard to see through passenger windows due to snagging and bubbling of old tint. Was referred to LA tint by a fellow commuter. Went to the Woodbridge location and dropped of my car that Saturday late morning (11:00am). My car was done that Saturday evening. They needed time to remove the old tint which was a battle, but they said they completed the job. Told them i would just pick up the car on Monday (they're closed Sundays) which wasn't a problem. When I saw my vehicle the tint job was awesome! They said it was a bear getting the old tint off, but they did an excellent job!!! I paid $250 ($160 for the new tint + $90 to remove the old) which was worth it!!! It totally made a difference!!! I referred a family member who had her car done a week later and she was totally satisfied! I plan on taking my other car to get it tinted as well and my husband is going to get his done cause he really liked the job. Unfortunately , three weeks later I was in a car accident in my '96 Civic (not at fault). Thank God my daughter and I survived the crash, but my car of 17yrs was totaled so that tint job, gone. On the bright side the tint job did increase the value of my car for during the assessment.

I bought a new Mazda 3 hatchback and took it to LA Tint to have the windows tinted. They did the back and all the side windows to the legal limit for my state and put a nice dark tint on the sunroof. Several other shops lack integrity in this area. They will tint your windows beyond the legal limits and tell you not to tell the authorities where you had the tint done when you get caught for it. They did exactly what they said they would do in the time they said it would take, for the price they quoted. All of my questions were answered professionally and courteously. The service did cost a little more than many shops in the area, but I I did come away with a great hassle free job that has a lifetime national warranty. If the need arises I will go back to this business.

LA tint was honest with us that the cheapest package they have was garbage (which I was happy to know I should upgrade before getting a terrible tint job). They installed it quickly, it looks great and most importantly keeps the car cooler and sun out of the babies eyes!

The car was taken in on time and completed on time even though Geoff was the only person in the office that day. He was very polite and thorough in explaining the products and what to expect from the different levels of tinting and also explained what was allowed within Virginia law. He gave us a clear explanation of how to clean and care for the car windows after the tinting. There is a lifetime guarantee on this product. We have noticed a big difference on the comfort level in the car when sitting at traffic lights and after parking in the sun. We will recommend the Sterling office to our family and friends.

I made an appointment for an appointment the following week. He did my car (4-door civic) and my wife's car (4 door Focus) back to back. Great job, no bubbles and looked awesome in three days just like he said. I would certainly go back here again. We went for the upgraded tint to get UV and heat protection, has a lifetime warranty country wide. Recommend highly!

This is the third vehicle I had the windows tinted at the Sterling location. The guys were friendly on the phone, and they squeezed me into their que, to meet my schedule. They walked me through all the tinting options, and there was no pressure to buy the most expensive option. They merely wanted you to be an educated consumer.The work was done promptly and the windows look great!

Excellent experience. The sales personnel were friendly and very knowledgeable. They even steered us away from a more pricey product that we brought up, but would not have met our needs. The work was done in the time frame promised and at the quoted price. The finished product looks great.

I made an appointment for a Tuesday afternoon at the Alexandria location. I opted for their basic non metallic tint. It didn't offer the same warranty as the metallic tint and he said it may only last for two to three years but it was $80 cheaper and it's an old (yet much beloved) car. It took approximately an hour and a half from start to finish. It looks great and is already keeping the car cooler. I plan to take my other car back as well. I wish I had had the windows tinted back in 1999 when I bought the car instead of suffering through 12 hot summers.

Stopped in to get an estimate and ended up making an appointment for the following morning to having the work performed. The gentlemen I dealt with was professional and friendly and explained everything very well. Took exactly an hour and looks 1000% better than the inexpensive baby screens I had installed. Great. Third time I've used them. Call to set up appointment. Once your car is in, it doesn't take too long. Their film and installation has a lifetime warranty. Its great for keeping the heat down in the summer, providing more privacy, and blocking UV rays.

Excellent service. Dropped in for an estimate, with no appointment. All options were clearly explained. Decided to do the tint job right then and waited for 45 minutes. Had to return a few days later to have tint reapplied to one window due to bubbling. Quick fix was done in about 15 minutes, with no problems. Price is a little more than other tint jobs, but the tint film quality is supposed to be better. The service is worth the price.

They did a professional installation. They were polite but a bit behind schedule.
