Description of Work: We have used Krystal Clear for quite a few tasks outside of our home. The first and largest project Eric took care of was our pool. My husband and I bought our home in March of 2015 with a pool and had no idea what was in store for us. The pool was in terrible condition and needed extensive repair and Eric really took over the project and saved us not only money but huge headaches dealing with the larger pool and repair companies whose prices were much higher and didn't take the time to explain and review what was going on with our pool. He replaced numerous parts and had to repair a large hole/gash in the base of the pool. There are really too many items on the pool that he did to name here. He also redid our pool deck and put in stamped concrete. The most recent project he did was our complete driveway. We are very happy with his work.

 + -1 moreThey were great. They did great work. What stood out was the quality of work. They did a really good job. It works great. They were friendly and knowledgeable. It didn't take them long to do it. The cost was reasonable. They came right out.

 + -1 moreI have had Eric do all my pool work for over 20 years now and have been very pleased. At times he has advised me over the phone on how to fix a problem or has brought supplies by. If I cannot be home when he arrives to do the work, he goes ahead with the job, then leaves the bill.
Description of Work: Eric Hjelm closed my pool.
