Description of Work: Phil is extremely professional and meticulously thorough and provided us with an accurately detailed estimate to finish our basement. He took the time to go through our ideas and provided us with options that fit our budget. He was prepared when performing the estimate, giving us a copy of his license and providing us with pictures of past work and references from other clients. We ultimately went with another contractor because their estimate came in lower and they exclusively worked with the type of egress window we wanted. But we thought Kirk Enterprises deserved the recognition and so we took the time out to write this review.

+ 0 moreThe tear-down was extremely organized and clean. The sub, Chris, who installed the tile did an outstanding job! The installation of the vanity and other items was well done.

+ -1 moreDemo was clean and efficient. The electrical and plumbing was well done. The wood work and installation of new walls and durok was excellent. A subcontractor, Chris installed the tile and did an excellent job! Phil and an associate installed the new vanity, medicine cabinet, mirror, etc. Very well done. Phil works with the customer as the project progresses to ensure you are comfortable with the decisions being made. For the record, this is the forth project that Kirk Enterprises has done for me since 2008. The biggest was a 12X30 front porch - Excellent job!, the second was the installation of oak railings indoors, again, Excellent job! the third was the resurfacing of a 24X24 wood deck - Excellent.
Description of Work: Complete tear-down and rebuild of 5X8 bathroom.
